Unfortunately sneaking suits aren't real. It basically is an ultra-low skin clearance tactical suit made by the Russians to act as extra armor and muscle. It's made of aromatic polyamide.
Funny thing is, based on a fan film I saw with raw sound (dead giveaway of a fan film lol), all that shit strapped to you actually makes a ton of noise when you're trying to sneak. Like, it rattles, it creaks, it rubs like corduroy, like ZWIP ZWIP ZWIP, with the guns and knives it sounds like a backpack of loose change.
MGS2 has a section where they sperg out over raiden's sneaking suit and how it automatically compresses wounds closed and repairs bullet holes. Its entirely fantasy and cant really be replicated.
