They appear in one scene driving french made VAB 6x6 and in another a pakistani soldier scolds one of the americans telling him he'll move once he receives the order to do so, or something along these lines, if I recall correctly. Then at the end of the movie some pakistani bring tea to american soldiers.

Really I wish our government was that good at it's job that it could singlehandedly orchestrate the Latin-American drug trade. Maybe they could also do things like say give schools more funding, that would be neat.

French quick reaction forces/SOF are formidable, and there's US drone bases in the neighborhood. Under the assumption this is being undertaken with Russian/Red Chinese assistance, they could probably count on US assistance.
