    nuclear is survivable

however im sure the way they weaponized some things in labs is not.

vaccine resistant smallpox would likely end civilization as we know it. especially if they designed it to cross into animals somehow. Then it would be around forever. so even if you survived the initial outbreak and somehow got to smallpox 0. You would get infected later

TLDR all biolabs should be nuked. And all scientists interested in virology should be killed

To survive nuclear you need to move somewhere that won't be targeted. So no large cities, critical infrastructure or military facilities nearby. I would recommend at least 2 months of food, water, medical and sanitary supplies on hand. Having fuel stored would also be of help if you need to flee/move after the nuclear exchange.

If you are far away from target areas, you don't need to worry about blast, heat effects or direct radiation. You will still need to worry about fallout, so having somewhere like a basement or fallout shelter where you can hunker down for 2-6 weeks is appropriate. After 2 weeks you can go outside for up to one hour a day, and you can slowly increase up to 4 hours a day by 6 weeks. Having a Geiger counter on hand to check radiation levels is highly recommended.

fuel can last up to 1 year than breaks,
if you had a special liquid i havent looked into it,
it might stay for 2 year

Depends on its intended use. For cooking food it will work quite a while, depending on how the burner is made. Unleaded fuel for cars, the rule of thumb is half a year. Diesel adds 2-4 months. kerosene is cooking and light only but lasts several years iirc. Basically if you don't have a bicycle by the time the fuel turns bad, you better be enjoying walking.

Stay in a fallout shelter for 2 weeks (3 to be safe), live off your preps for a few months while people re-organize and start to rebuild, and survive the first winter (when there's a risk of famine/disease). If you pass all three requirements you're safe.

If you are within a couple of miles from the blast, get out of there as soon as you can. Preferably you have a gas mask and a durable suit to help you out of the hot area and to a decontamination station. The blast last seconds, the downpour of ash from the explosion might last for weeks. Don't fricking eat or drink while you evacutate. Decontamination is fairly straightforward; ditch all equipment and clothes then expect a nice scrub with diluted bleach. You will hopefully be given other clothes. At this point, it will be a great idea to take your Iodine pill (If you are older than 40 there'll be little point but frick it, take it anyway). Iodine helps your body to handle radioactive fragments you may have got into your body through mouth or nose.

    Isolation in terms of biological.
Take blue meds to deal with radiation as well as a type of plankton.
Avoid metal structures since radiation sticks to metal.
    Wear biohazard suit.

Also, English dub Bible Black is best anime dub.

Years ago I worked for a congressman in his DC office. ya ya they are all homosexuals.
Each office is equipped with ONE emergency suit that you can throw on quickly in the case of a nuclear/biological/chemical attack. There is also a secondary one down in each congressmans storage room.
I fully intended to take and use that if anything happened
