how do I change the blade on this

found this old ass saw in my garage, couldn't figure out how to change the blade even after several youtube videos
should I let it go or keep on trying?

      Sometimes they’re a pain in the ass if the little blade lock button is shitty and it has been on there forever.

      I would jam something to stop the blade and hit it with an impact wrench, although a strong impact driver with socket adapter might work. Way easier to keep the blade still while impacting it compared to using a wrench. Changing edger blades and lawn mower blades is the same.

    Get a half inch boxed end wrench on the bolt head
    Plug in the saw and pull the trigger. It’ll break that bolt loose in a snap…..thank me later
