How combat-effective is a fat soldier?

I mean ranged attacks are still possible.

There was that hyper fat dude in that Ukie video of the surrendering BMP, so they're doin shit I guess. Though that looked like a pretty static squad just giving overwatch or something.

It's a bad sign for Russia when they lose to a gigantic man.

good as a meat shield. they don't make plate carriers for that size. also the person has a lower personal items allowance because weight. Sgt.was saying you get 400lb body, gear, and personal effects.

I imagine with the right armor, that person is essentially bulletproof. Any rounds that get through will be backstopped by the sheer fat.

What about close-quarters combat in point-blank range, inside a tight room? She'd literally smash the person in front of her.

Only if you can cart them up to the top of tall hill, strap a bomb vest to them, and then roll them down the embankment onto enemy positions.

    Arguably the most combat effective.

Those boots aren't in regulation, I call airsoft larper. You can't become that big of a piece of shit in active duty, that's for sure. Unless you just get on profile every time the acft comes around and stay on it until your coc forgets and repeat, or have hella rank, you'd get chaptered for being a fat ass

She'll be physically slower, but she'll have both the constitution and the physicality needed.
Women generally only get two of the three corners, even worse than men, but they can still hit two of them by dumping a third.
You can get a chick with strength and speed, but they'll be relatively frail, like a highly tooled machine. You can get a chick who's good at speed and has good endurance, but they're probably going to be a runner's build lanklet who's physically weak, and folds under a pack.
If you want a female fighter, IMO, go for the strongfat/bloatmax strength and hardiness mix. It's what all the ex-mil women and current practicing MMA/BJJ/Boxing women I know look like. They'll gas after five minutes of hard activity, but they'll recover faster and generally be hardier with that extra mass, and their lower exertion endurance isn't too affected, so they're probably just as fine to walk around in full kit for hours.
