How can I cheat the heat sonsor on my stove?
Lately my sstove is acting up. the sensor is cutting the gas as soon as i let go of the button. I don't feell like fixing or replacing it, I just want my cooking experiance to be more well, normal.
How do I bypass it?

It depends on what kind of sensor it is and how it's wired up
First of all find circuit schematic of your stove model or at least find where the sensor is physically and take pic of it

You really should specify you model because the sensor may look like this

My guess is that the thermocouple is the wired probe that's sticking into the brass gas fitting. Sometimes you can pull them out and sand built up carbon off the tip that screws up the temp reading and they keep working. Other times you have to just buy a new one. Might as well give that a shot since you have to pull it out and look at it to order one anyway. You could also swap a good one from a burner you never use to that one. You do not want to bypass these because that's how you blow up your house, dingus.

That is a temperture probe, not a heat sensor.

Do you know why your gas stove has a heat sensor, and what happens when you disable it?

        not only that
if the burner goes out (e. g. from water boiling over) then if you don't have this protection you will be in deep shit

if you are right there and catch it then no problem obv
but if you are in a different room, overly occupied with something, etc?
don't be stupid, spend 50 bucks on a used stove instead of seeking death over such a measly sum

how often does a thermocouple needs replacing vs how often does a stove breaks down, assuming no special maintance is done on either?

Not often but of course it varies.

Stoves have manuals. If the makers site lacks a schematic and there isn't one with the usual house papers there may be one online, but since zoomers say "my stove" instead of "my Veeblefitzer 3000" others cannot know WHICH info will be applicable.

It's an interesting phenomenon applicable to cars, bikes, appliances and everything else. It wouldn't happen if noobs were able to understand imprecision is an obstacle not an asset.

                ^is likely correct.

Search "stove thermocouple sensor replacement" for example videos. You can do it.

Best way to reduce the smell of smoke is place an open pail of MEK atop the stove and let nature solve the problem. You may die but you're not very bright so I'm fine with that.

Stoves don't need sensors. Stoves don't even need electricity. Best way to fix them is rip 'em out then remove the door and face them up to fill with pallet wood as an expedient wood stove. Do it next to a window and you don't even need a chimney. Intelligence and safety are for gayz.
