Out of those, if you want to actually carry the thing, the G19 by far is the better option

What you carry is dependent on body dimensions, types of clothes, how you carry, and personal preference.
There are numerous types of Glock, Beretta, and 1911 style pistols out on the market for conceal carry. I would rent some at a rmsge and see how you like them. I also suggest looking at S&W’s M&P line of pistols, CZ’s compacts, and smaller compacts chambered in .380 if a 9mm is too much.

Longtime 1911 carrier here. If you do go get a 1911 make sure you get a holster that has a tab to keep the safety from snagging and switching off or stabbing you. I had to swap holsters early because mine lost safe twice and tore a shirt within the first couple of weeks. Also if you carry in the summer or in the rain you really, really need to clean and oil your gun frequently. The steel sucks up sweat and pinpoints within days, and the grips tend to trap humidity and start rusting up the magwell unless you keep a tight eye on it. That might be less of a concern in Mass than it is in the PNW, but keep it in mind.
If you're using GI mags it helps a lot to gently whack the back of the fully-loaded mag against your hand before you put it in the gun. Forces the rounds up against the back of the mag an minimizes the risk of the rounds nosediving later on. As a final tip, I strongly recommend that you either use modern mags with good springs, or carry JSPs rather than hollowpoints. All of my FTFs but one have been hollowpoints slipping forward a little bit, nose-diving in the mag and then jamming up on the feed ramp; soft-points don't have the room to move forward as much and a much smaller diameter when they hit the ramp. (For the record, the last FTF was a defective uncrimped round that dropped the bullet into the front of the mag while the gun was cycling)

...Basically there's a reason I switched to a compact .380 for EDC and only really hump around the .45 when I'm innawoods and can just open carry these days.

Everyone recommended a glock 19 to me my first time around, I don't see a fault with it. You need lithium grease to clean it and lube.

1911 has multiple pit faults that are circumstantial but typically the barrel and chamber is going to end up a foot long overall, good luck shoving a 5 inch barrel with a 5 inch over all length to conceal down your shit if you want to conceal it.
m9 I only got to handle once and not fire I don't have an opinion than it's basically the same overall length as a .45 equivalent for the most part but it's meaty in the handle and I feel like they've ruined the m4 trying to make the trigger break like a glass rod instead of the ease back of a typical m16 but that's going off topic. What fits your hand and you can make consistent shots with is what matters, go to a range and practice.

People will tell you DO NOT STAGE THE TRIGGER. DOA's and older trigger styles you could stage like that when you were shooting.

I mean they also say don't load it and have anything loaded in it either, make of it what you will.
