This is cope, if you actually train with cheap shit you'll quickly begin to find that the rifle cannot handle real world use. My first gun was a M&P Sport I bought years ago, took it to a training course after plopping a $250 PRO on it, charging handle broke, handguard began wobbling, extractor began failing at the end and needed replacement immediately after the course was done. Course was a single weekend and 5k rounds, and very quickly inspired me to go and spend the extra $300 (at the time) on a Colt 6920. 11ish years later the 6920 is finally giving out after countless thousands of rounds.

I got into reloading when I collected a day's worth of brass and ran the numbers. 2.20 a round for store bought, vs roughly 1.45 a round reloaded. 75 cpr in savings adds up quick.

(New charges, bullets, etc) Unfortunately I live in an area with little state land and my range is fudd-cucked so I can't actually train my speed right now. But shooting at least 500 rounds a week for each of my guns has helped me become a much better shooter.

I did the same thing with my optic. You should replace that as soon as you can though. Cheap optics don't hold zero very well. You're gonna want to pay at LEAST $300 for your glass. Even then, it's not going to be amazing. Good optics help a ton anon.

Get a rifle you trust, get accessories for it that you trust, and get accurate with that. If you have the money to buy a couple thousand dollars worth of gear at the same time, it's a good idea to do so and train with the whole kit. If you don't have the money to buy all of it, add the pc and helmet and shit as you can, and still train.
No gear but accurate is better than all gear and shit accuracy. But the end goal is well trained with whatever you have.

Spring noise is entirely predicated by your choice in tube and spring. The stock has literally nothing to do with it.
This, the secret is drylube in the buffer tube/on the spring or both....some have it, some don't
Any lube, really. I find that buffer springs are only noisy when a rifle is new, and the spring is dry, the tube is dry, and the rough finish on the inside of the tube hasn't been worn smooth yet. Even using a thin coating of oil on the inside of the tube and spring is not going to gunk up the works. The bolt carrier is going to deposit lube in the buffer tube on the back stroke of the action anyways. Just keep an eye on it, checking the level of lube and dirtiness of the inside of the buffer tube every 500 rounds or so and you are fine.
