Not true, but very, very few men can pull it off. I'd say somewhere around 80% are better off without it. It also depends on what you mean by long hair. Men look best with medium length hair, assuming you take care of it of course.

Paul has that bespoke ability to be both deadly serious, an excellent teacher, and laid back at the same time. He knows when to use his own quirks for comedic effect too. Unless the new bit is that they're being held at gunpoint off camera, they're gonna take a while to slot in and find a comfort zone.

Bullets are made of lead, and they should expel some metalic powders when fired which you could breathe in right? Pancreatic cancer is specifically causes malabsorption so he probably feels physically weaker all the time. His body is struggling to digest nutrients because the pancreas produces digestive enzymes and insulin.

it's his peak physical condition that has allowed him to survive like this without being in a hospice for the past couple of months. there was a lot for the cancer to take and it is taking its time.

The strength of your muscles or your cardio-vascular endurances has frick-all to do with anyone's ability to power through cancer treatment. It's all will-power and the severity of the cancer's effects. Some can power through, some wilt like a dead flower. That has to do with your spirit, not with if you can bench 400 lbs or not.

            >shouldn't I be eating vegetables and shit that tastes awful to discourage eating?
It should not be this complicated.
I'd say, from my limited experience in helping a few people lose weight, the first thing that you need to learn is how to fast.
People gain weight by eating and lose weight by not eating. It's that simple.
Begin by introducing an eating window i.e. time of day when you are allowed to eat. Outside of that time window, you are not allowed to consume calories. If it's very difficult, start with a 10-hour window - the time between your first meal and your last one should be no more than 10 hours. Do this for a week and reduce the eating window to 8 hours. After another week try 6 hours and then, finally, 4.
After one month you will be able to effortlessly spend an entire day without consuming a single bite of food.
Once your relationship with eating is a lot more in your control, everything else will be a breeze

I generally only eat once a day now, but my portions and what I eat are the issue. I'll slam an entire pizza in like 20 minutes, then not eat much if anything the rest of the day.

Stop eating carbs and sugar. I can basically eat unlimited pizza but a 10oz steak and I'm done. Make beef and eggs the staple of your diet and you'll do fine.

I second this. Change your diet by taking what you already eat and spread it out over the day to avoid ANY dips that could lead you to overeat.
Walk more, walk your neighborhood. A 1hr walk a day can make a big difference. Secondary to that it makes you feel better--just make sure you do proper stretching afterwards, even if it's a simple walk. If you don't stretch, it's very hard to do it everyday because you'll be sore for days.

That's just fricking stupid, considering he'll constantly go hungry and won't get the right nutrients.
If you follow a proper diet, you can actually eat decently sized portions of lean meat and vegetables even on a strict diet.
Personally, I make a lot of stir fry without rice, but with a huge portion of vegetables, a large chicken breast and a low-cal sauce with a lot of spices. It's both tasty and filling.

genuine question, what do you even do when you lose weight so fast your skin tissue can't keep up with the deflation? Is plastic surgery the only way to go? Does this slowly fix itself? like wtf is that man supposed to do?

          Anonymous

You simply have extra skin. It's the scar left by being that fricking fat. Nothing you can do. It shrinks VERY slowly over time. .t exobese

          Anonymous

Surgery is indeed the only option at that point, besides just regaining the weight. But considering most folks get fat again anyway, they never bother getting it fixed. The surgery is not cheap, and I doubt many insurance policies will cover it unless there are some other serious complications associated with the loose skin.

          Anonymous

in a pre ozempic world, 99% of the people like the image you are replying to just gain all the weight back. Its still something like 90% of people who lose weight gain it all back. You get insane loose skin from very fast weight loss, and really fat people who figure out how to crash diet to drop 200+ pounds in a year have simply just traded one eating disorder for another. A very difficult part of losing weight is your plan AFTER you have lost it. You have to be very careful to maintain weight. Too many people think "diets over, time to start eating like an butthole again".
Surgery is the only option in an extreme example of loose skin like that.

By eating less than your body needs to survive. That forces your body to enter a catabolic state, where fat, muscle and bone matter are converted into calories to keep your organs running.

I remember the deer one where he intentionally omitted it until the deer took a bite and looks at the camera, my sides go into pre-eruption just thinking about that scene.
I am deeply saddened by this. A force of nature and education without bias, one with true passion behind his project. I only wish he could have branded himself a little better than those shit tri-star gear things (which I just bought) so he could have received more money from us consoooomers. You know a Paul Harrell 92 would sell like hotcakes, even if he wouldn't change a damn thing about the gun.
Either way, I hope when he passes the channel will be closed and archived (and I hope people are starting to archive youtube channels) so that the channel doesn't suffer like IV8888 did. Don't get me wrong- I don't mind Eric and Chad, but Barry was the true force that kept those two on the straight and narrow.

He's right about pelvis shots being devastating. Put even a single round into someone's pelvis and they'll drop to the ground like a sack of potatoes, and it's very unlikely they'll be getting back up. You end up with a relatively static target (they might be flailing around in pain) for follow-up shots.

        Anonymous

I think you're legally fricked if a coroner finds out that you shot someone lying on the ground.

          Anonymous

Not if they have a gun, they could still shoot you. But yeah, if they fell behind cover or whatever so you had to come back around and execute them it might not look good.

          Anonymous

If they have a weapon, no. You're legally allowed to keep shooting until the threat has been 100% without a doubt neutralized. Hell, a few weeks ago there was a video of some guy magdumping into some unarmed fatso's back as he was running away after the fatso tried to cave his skull in. There's also the one where the shop owner blasts some robber 10 times while he's on the floor, damaging a printer that's in the way. In both cases, the people defending themselves were fine.

I lost 80 lbs with IF and moderate calorie restriction. But you NEED an exit strategy, aka a long term nutrition plan that you stick to once you hit your goal. And don't fast for periods longer than 3 days you numbskulls

      Anonymous

4-7 days can be perfectly fine with no negative effects depending on genetics (unironically) but you have to space those longer stretches out atleast a week (end to start) and have minimum 2 days where you eat more than usual both before and after, and you should consume a small amount of salty fats once a day
but it's unironically stupid and unnecessary to do so unless you want to maximise your hunter-gatherer larp, or build up energy endurance for super long-term hiking since it changes how your body stores energy

        Anonymous

Losing weight is probably the last thing Paul wants to do right now, but yeah Roy could go a month or two without eating if he had electrolytes to supplement his 'diet'.

Some people get all the luck. Some people get all the shit genes. Paul got the best genetics from his parents (from what we've seen) his son in Missouri got his good genetics. The aspie got the shit genes and takes after his mom.
