Hate on this brand openly and say what they do/dont do that pisses you the fuck off. Posted on March 9, 2023 by PrepHole Contributor Hate on this brand openly and say what they do/dont do that pisses you the fuck off.
They are not more expensive than Glock in my country.
No I wont and you are a gay.
Heckler und Koch - Herrenrasse!
Absolutely refuse to cater to anybody but military.
>America wants semi-auto MP7
how about more 3500$ MP5s
how about another SL8
>Can we get modern rails on USPs? how about night sights standard on Mk23
how about fuck you?
Lol typical Germans
>how about another SL8
They make civvie G36s (HK243) but only for the Euro market and from the availability you'd think the absolute morons make a SINGLE DIGIT number of these, ANNUALLY.
>and from the availability you'd think the absolute morons make a SINGLE DIGIT number of these, ANNUALLY.
They are made for professional sport shooters, not stupid cowboys and LARPers
What makes you think you deserve any of this?
Not subtle enough.
This is more like it, you're getting pretty close to what a HK rep sounds like.
What is it?
a plaque commemorating a trip made by party members to then-German Prussia, given to my great grandfather by the Gauleiter
HK is fucking great.
Look up the actual history of the US government fucking with HK whenever they tried to export shit to the US.
We've been over this. By the time HK convinces the German government to sell a commercial G36/MP7 in CONUS, redesigns the thing so the ATF doesn't arbitrarily declare it illegal, and gets the tooling and parts set up to make 922 compliant guns, it'll cost like 3-4k and retards will complain it's an overpriced 22 mag PCC. Which it is, but that's not the point.
I'd love nothing more than some commercial G36 or updated 416 models to be sold here, but you're fighting against some pretty conservative German business culture and unstable politics.
US import laws are completely fucked in general, I feel like most of this anger towards HK not importing civvie G36/MP7 should be directed towards our dumbass politicians. Trump could have done some damage to the draconian regulations but he doesn't care about guns so we're still stuck with it
Tommybuilt getting retroactively fucked by the ATF over the G36 conversions basically scrapped any possibility of HK wanting to take a risk on something like that for the marginally small profit they would make on commercial sales.
I remember hearing a few places that HK isn't nearly as well off as people assume and their defense contracts are rather limited. They're in no position to be adventurous.
They are run by fucking retards who couldn’t get laid in a whorehouse with a fistful of hundreds. Needing to be bridge loaned working capital (probably from the GER gov) and having your workers work for free and give up bonuses - marks of poor management.
This, it’s bad management more than anything else.
Kevin B had a cool podcast with Wayne Weber, the former president of HKUSA that talks a bit about the internal culture and business of HK and the contrast between the US division and German.
Definitely some blamed attached to management at the top, but I'll also say that they were/are in a contract desert for the most part. Up until very recently, the last thing any Euro defense minister wanted to spend money on was the military. With nations looking to rearm/modernize/NATO-ize, HK should be on their hands and knees shilling products right now.
It doesn’t really matter aside from the limitations the German government puts on them. Do what Zastava does, set up a domestic outlet in America that makes a few odds and ends and then import the maximum you can from Germany. The gun is like 30 years old now and is 90% polymer, I can’t see how it can be that expensive compared to something like the various imported AKs. If HK were wise they’d take advantage of total AR fatigue on the market and offer a competitively priced alternative. I can understand if the German government were cucking them were preventing them from doing this but I imagine it’s probably arrogance more than anything. There’s no way they’re making more money selling a few $3000 MP5s than if they were sub $1,000 and on every gun store in the county, and same with the G36
>just make it cheaper
Gee, I wonder why a pcc with a proprietary/finicky roller delayed operating system and proprietary furniture/parts only made by one company is more expensive than a blowback gun using AR furniture and Glock mags.
Aside from like the G95 contract, which I think is still stalled, I don't think HK has any sort of capacity to ramp up mass cheap production of anything. The G36 lines are like 30-40 years old and probably were at capacity once in their lifetime.
Their best shot if they were allowed, would be to bring something like the HK433 to market as it's literally designed as a cheaper alternative to the G36/416 and wouldn't suffer from AR fatigue. It still isn't going to be a sub $2k gun though.
I'm shocked they haven't set up a US branch like so many other companies. You'd thunk after selling so many guns to the US market the thought would've crossed their mind. I mean SIG, FN, Beretta and a lot of their competition have already done it
They have, they make the HK45 in the United States
Could be totally wrong here but IIRC Germany doesn't just look at where the guns are made on their end. When it comes to what they consider "arms trafficking" the definition is really broad. Even if they were technically making or finishing the guns stateside if the German government didn't like what they were doing they can still go after HK Germany over it. This combined with age old pissiness over the AWB is likely why there isn't an HK USA pumping out G36 and 416s, a few of those ending up in shootings and they'd be in hot water with a German government feeling political pressure to "do something".
>proprietary/finicky roller delayed operating system and proprietary furniture/parts only made by one company
What? HK isn't and hasn't been the only company making MP5s since literally forever. They've licensed out the design and outright been copied by numerous manufacturers over the years. They'd never be sub 1k but 1500-2000 would be very possible.
they hate you more than you could ever hate them
>what they do/dont do that pisses you the fuck off
They won't sell me an HK243 SAR that's what pisses me the fuck off.
Shit's unobtanium in whole of Europe.
Fuck this gay Earth.
>unobtanium in whole of Europe.
expensive but available
Oh it got better since I last checked
There's paperwork to fill out
>2000 bux on several stores
>all available in 1-3 days
They are turbogays, which for Germans is completely normal so I can't fault them for that. What I can't stand are the jizzsippers who simp for them. And yes I can afford their shit.
Is building an H&K 416 """clone""" really worth it over something like a scar16? A genuine factory 416 upper goes for about $6k at auction, and I would have to get an mr556 lower and send it to some guy in Arizona to be remarked to resemble an actual 416 lower, it's just all so tiresome.
Why care so much about a rollmark?
All their sins are forgiven for writing this in a manual of arms.
I hate that they haven't just up and left Germany yet. The German government fucks them over at every turn and tries to shit on them in every way possible, now beyond just simple meddling in what they can sell but frivolous lawsuits and trying to adopt guns that violate HK patents just to fuck with HK.
Frankly they should leave and make guns here so they can actually sell them.
>he doesn't know das vaterland luft allows for superior hardened barrels
Oh nien oh nien ja ja das no gud
They remind me of the Nips, not exporting DVDs or Fumos because fuck you
I don't want to
These refuse to release my raifu. I cannot and will not forgive them for this very irrational and personal slight
German KAC, knows what they got no upper receiver slappers try to hit them with the ol' competitive pricing logic and they remove the gun from the civilian market entirely.
HK could have made the bore axis on the VP9 better (on par with a Glock) instead they just put a striker into a P30.
They need to make US made 416 uppers.
pic not related
my hk elite 45 is cool and all but my glock 41 is superior in every way
Really? I have a regular USP 45 and love it, heard great things about the elite as well. What does the Glock 41 do better for you?
>build the largest firearms factory in the US
>don't make anything in it besides M27s, P30s, HK45s, and M320s
I don't get it. They could easily give USDM uncucked MR556s, they can easily adapt the G36 so you're not buying from a tool like Tommybuilt, they can do all sorts of things they just don't. I know part of it nowadays is the Germoid government but they should stop them if they actually pushed it.
they dont sell to civilians and wont do repros of some of their classic models that would sell like hot cakes
you fucking gays
just release civvie versions of your guns instead of your gayass civie modifications
>they dont sell me the guns i want
>they make me pay too much for cool shit
The biggest complaint you can throw at HK is that they make the coolest shit and average joe can't get them. SP5 garden gnomery aside, I want a PSG1, I want a new P7, I want a recreational G11, a fucking MP7, a production CAWS. Fucking Germans and their space magic
Their price tags for polymer framed handguns are insane, they're like boomers on fuddbroker who "know what I got". But people keep buying them anyways so I guess that really is their value.
They embody the post-war German idiosyncrasy of having tremendous capability and a powerful position but no fucking balls whatsoever.
Don't want to sell to civilians, but simultaneously very finicky about selling to militaries.
This is the only H&K I want
They heckle cocks
HK is gay Steyr and FN are based simple as
HK pistol capacity/size/bore axis is unacceptable
None of their guns are cost efficient
>HK is gay
>Steyr and FN are based
Fuck no, both are companies selling ancient overpriced shit and are now resting on their laurels without any hint of innovating anymore.
That's because when they innovated people didn't buy it
They tried for a lot longer than HK though
No mk. 23 in 10mm
Can you 10mm fags not shit up one thread? There’s no way HK is making anything in your dumbass meme caliber. In fact, I bet you don’t even own a 10mm.
Overpriced and funded by feds/cartels.
They stopped selling guns in my country because a commie politician got ventilated by MP5s
Where the fuck is my MP7 HK you cocksucking BDSM whores
Theoretically HK doesn't even need to sell guns to anyone because the German government is almost certain to bail them out of bankruptcy anyways. While de jure HK presents itself as a public company it's basically for all intents and purposes a de-facto state owned defense enterprise by the German government, and if they make money it's seen as a bonus rather than the primary purpose for it existing.
Also, some dude just shot a bunch of folks in Germany with an HK pistol. So expect the German gov to further tighten the screws on HK.
The last thing HK wants is some gang banger in the US to be caught with an SP7 because it's "armor piercing" and have the US gov have a meltdown, the German gov have a meltdown and the two of them to spitroast HK.
>The last thing HK wants is some gang banger in the US to be caught with an SP7 because it's "armor piercing" and have the US gov have a meltdown, the German gov have a meltdown and the two of them to spitroast HK.
I don't know if that plays into it at all, I mean Nidal Hasan used a Five-seven during his mass shooting and no one blamed FN or the Belgium government for it. And dozens of other European companies export "Assault weapons" to the US without worrying about that. I think it's more of a case where HK just doesn't want to spend the startup capital required to start assembling/manufacturing their long guns in the US because they don't need too.
I agree that it's a minor concern, but I think it's definitely a concern in the German gov's mind about their appearances. They very much want to be seen as a responsible agent who has military power without any of the yucky things related to it and having quintessential German weapons showing up in a bad light is no good.
FN has gotten chapped a few times over the 5.7 and "Cop Killer " ammunition, but the Belgians aren't nearly as self flagellating as the Germans.
You're right though in that it's mostly the lack of capital/desire to spend capital to set up manufacturing to sell relatively few expensive guns.
The very existence of the UMP45 is such a joke that it's insulting.
