Not very much, Ukies seem to use drones as disposable assets. Just look at the TB-2.

Effectiveness would be similar to the Turkish TB2, which were very effective. Drone directed artillery is very powerful.
Geopolitically Russia would definitely attempt to shoot them down directly and not restrict themselves to the jet turbulence thing. Probably wouldn't escalate much further as Russia doesn't want US participation to escalate.
