Fun cool gun

hello /k/.
I have all the guns I need but I still want a fun/cool gun it does not need to serve a purpose other than to be fun to take to the range.

>not overly expensive (sub 5k)
>easy to source ammo (arisakas are cool but good luck finding ammo)
>surplus or new dont care
>bonus points for something a little unique

what is your coolest/most fun firearm?

      Desert
      Eagle
it is condensed shooting joy. just make sure you get the right ammo for it, because it can be picky in 357 and 44mag. Pretty much all 50AE is made for DEs, so it's all good.

I'm glad it works for someone, because round for round I find my DE 50AE more pleasant to shoot than my Thunder 380.

Get a cheap hipoint. When you're done with your string of fire, you can chuck it at your target like a tomahawk

How about a hi point and cerakote it in a really cringe way with punisher skulls and shit.

Blackpowder like a walker or dragoon. Just watch giant clouds of smoke fill up the area. Bonus points for shooting it quickly during a crowded day at the public range and having a second to more quickly fill the air

Vz 58. It's pretty unique in it's the only non-AK combloc assault rifle ever made.

I don't mean to egg on the 3 revolver spam threads we got but are you interested in old single actions or BP guns like the lemat? they're a bit slow to shoot obviously but still fun. Ammo isn't too hard to find and its not like you'll blow through 500 rounds in a range day.
or if you do wanna blow through 500 rounds and your range is cool, you could build a dedicated supersafety AR. or if you wanna get into building guns other than ARs, there are tons of parts kits available for cold war guns like galils, FALs, etc. or just buy em outright, should fit in your budget. the world is your oyster, im just trying to think about what I would do with 5k to spend on a unique gun.
can you post a pic of your collection anon?

Maxim 9 if they do another production run like they said they might, particularly if it includes the upgraded trigger. But even without that I enjoy mine a lot, obviously doesn't get cheaper for center fire ammo. And now Form 4 waiting periods are literally single digit days.

For me it's my grandpa's war bring back vis 35. I mean the trigger is surprisingly light for a weapon made with Polish slave labor and I get to say "hey, all this cost was a bottle of gun !"

Yes in spirit and justice. No in-universe due to hack writer forced moronation and muh pocahantas muh problematic white colonialism (also the primitives are actually from a hyperintelligent superior race larping on a living hypercomputer mmo :^)).

In the hands of a better writer/director there could actually have been a pretty interesting realistic movie there but they made the stakes too high and ignored too much obvious military and diplomatic options in turn so its meh. Was a neat tech demo though at the time.
