With that out of the way, you're probably best off making one from scratch that runs on direct blow back, look at the plans of the aa-12 for pointers. I think I've also heard of saiga 12 conversions but they're not around like they used to be. A lot of old pump actions would in theory run full auto if they had a gas block and return spring. Seriously though, if you have money to throw like this, get a 12 gauge mag of choice and build around it. As far as the ar12 goes, you can put a swift link in just about anything if you think outside of the box.
Something mag fed like a Saiga12, Vepr12, Lynx12 would be ideal. I don't think they've ever made a box or drum mag for them but engineering one wouldn't be too difficult.
I don't know that the swift link will work in an ar12 because the disconnector appears to be directly attached to the trigger. there is no independent movement.

None. Zero. No shotgun can successfully be modified to run full auto, and even if you build it from scratch it will never run right. Tolerances are too loose, plastic shells won't feed right, it's a pipe dream.
If you made your own shells out of full brass and wax tops and invented a belt system to feed them you might pull it off in 10 years but you'd be wondering why you didn't buy a 20mm autocannon instead
