Multiple launch is retarded.
However, a projectile that splits into multiple smaller submunitions all able to singularly defeat armor would be a game changer.
Imagine a larger version of a TOW that had four times the payload, could split into twelve warheads and all hit the same or multiple targets.

1 shot per barrel, a disposable gatling rocket launcher would be easier. The next step is having missiles loaded into the tubes after the rocket is fired and the next tube is rotated into firing position

They have to land on the same ERA block, which is not guaranteed by two missiles. Already solved by tandem or other warhead and trajectory.
Not all vehicle has APS, and one can achieve the same with multiple launchers.
If missiles needed to be fired quickly, it is already done by putting multiple launchers. There is very little to be gained from autoloader because another launcher tube or two is always lighter and more reliable than magazine and autoloader. Besides, autoloader the size of a missile isn't fast as full auto of small arm.
Many of ground based ATGM launcher isn't even capable of guiding more than one missile at a time.
Really though, this is what they should’ve been doing with metal storm instead of silly pistol caliber stuff that went exactly nowhere.
