Does it hold the light securely? Can you press the button while holding the rifle? This isn't complicated.

Does it frick up zero or anything? Will my light get hot and splode? Will it twist the fsp off?

Zero with the light. No, those weapon lights are designed to get hot.

Of course it will get hot, but this is your SHTF gun.
Is your SHTF scenario going to involving mag dumping hundreds of rounds in a short time period? No? Then you're going to be fine.
Also, it will absolutely affect your zero, which is why you zero with the flashlight on. But even if you didn't re-zero, do you really think the 0.1 MOA difference is going to be life or death?

Oh man, when SHTF you can only depend on the top of the line equipment that Operators use. Otherwise, you'll die!

Alternate method. Screw in pic rail section for an A2 guard.

      who makes this mount?

The mount holding the light is a VTAC but the screw on pic rail I thought was GG&G but I couldn't find it on their site.
Many others make ones just like it, they use the vent holes to secure the rail instead of having to drill your own holes like some of the other ones.

It's a meme, /arg/ hates non-sbr rifles and have schizophrenic fits when someone posts a 20" AR15 claiming it's always the same guy that sold his to a pawn shop cause nobody else in the entire world would think to own one.

My light and pressure pad are duct taped/ranger banded to the handguard, has held up for several years of abuse now.

It's a great idea to make your cheap and light rifle no longer cheap or light, while still not being freefloated.

Is there a FSP mounted bipod other than the old GI clamp on ones? Anybody know of a rail mount that would face downward? I think triangular A1 handguards would be slick with a light bipod.

Nothing ever happens, don’t worry too much about SHTF. Covid and Summer of Love is what SHTF looks like now, you aren’t gonna be in a firefight with a bunch of fatasses who want to eat your pets

Looks like it puts a tailcap in perfect spot to click over from c clamp grip. Would this look moronic with a quad rail?
