      Kek. I've been thinking about getting some place zoned commercially, and just setting it up as a "graphical studio, workshop, and private office". Only issues I can think of, is that I probably will need an actual private residence address, for legal matters, and might need to pay a business license fee or something. let them inspect me, IDGAF. "that's not a kitchen, it's a break room", "That's not a bed room, that's an executive office", "computer lab" "employee bathroom", "waiting area" etc etc.
