Has there been any news on that Fallout show they did? I watched the Twisted Metal show and was pleasantly surprised at the quality. Never played the originals, but gave me hope the Fallout show could be decent- especially since it can be set anywhere in the US and not directly tie itself to the games.

Grab your leftover microfusion cells and start prying off the tops. There will be a few wires in there, the important ones are a red wire and a covered corded wire. Daisy chain the red wires together and gather the corded wires into a bunch but DO NOT LET THE EXPOSED ENDS OF THESE WIRES TOUCH. Set it by the door, open it up, then press the corded wires together, and run for your fucking life. It works better if you have a sensor module, less dangerous since you can just hook all the corded wires into the sensor module instead.

Personally I’m more partial to the T-51 series for the history, but the only thing that beats T-60 is that ultra rare Enclave armor, and good luck scaving a complete set of that!

Still, the pig-faced ones are my favorite since they’re even tougher and do great against fires; been smoking out Raiders like crazy by setting their bases on fire and just waltzing in to club the survivors to death. Did get another weird find though, some kind of really tough Eyebot; nailed it with a triple blast of laser and it still keep kicking, had to wait until it ran out of battery.
Now here me out, boys, the T60 makes a lot of fucking sense if you think about it. I know a lot of fans shit on it because lorewise the T51 is supposed to be the best and retcons blah blah blah, but the T60 is basically an upgraded T45, right? Now, how many times has the military tried something new and crazy, a la XM8, ACR, SCAR, and then just decides to go with an upgraded version of what they're already rolling with? The T60 not only is lore-friendly, but perfectly in line with what the military actually does.

If you're into Fallout and haven't played Old World Blues mod for Hearts of Iron 4 (I especially highly recommend the Enclave Reborn submod), you're missing out big time.
It's great. I appreciate that they use a variety of artstyles for the leader portraits, and that they rely on lore from cancelled games where they can to fill out the map rather than just making up their own shit from scratch.
That said, I think they should clean up the naval production a bit, and it really bothers me that the first planes you get, the gliders, don't just start as scout planes even though logically that's what you'd get trying to reinvent planes from scratch.
I also have no idea why the split off the early-game expansion for the two majors, the NCR and Legion to small puppet states. If you want to play a small nation that grows into a big nation just play literally any other nation.
Also wish they'd update the Brotherhood to be more of a serious contender- reestablishing contact with other chapters.

I used to have a pet nightstalker. The little guy wasn't too bright, but he was tough as nails. I remember one night we were ambushed by a deathclaw. He rushed up and bit it in the throat, it grabbed him and threw him at least 30ft. Clawed the shit out of him in the process. Fallout Georgia. Its set in south Georgia and has big Civil War themes. The major faction in the region is the New American Confederation, which is a feudal society built on the mythos of the South and the Civil War. The land is divided up between aristocrats who rule like medieval lords, while their slaves (bought from the Legion and DC slavers) are like serfs. The president acts as an elected king, who himself is chosen by a house of lords.
The NAC is technologically backwards, but has a strong agrarian economy due to their lush farmlands which are in almost perfect condition due to an experimental FEV strain similar to the one in vault 22 that escaped containment shortly after the bombs fell.
Most of their weapons are muzzle loaded or single breach loaders, with repeaters either being imports or prized family heirlooms. Brass framed colts, flintlocks, percussion rifles, harmonica rifles, double barrel shotguns, and sharps rifles. Melee weapons are less thrown together and more craft made, bowie knives, sabers, spears, pikes.
The big gimmick is horses. Some rancher built a personal vault pre-war and put horses and all sorts of other animals in it. Now the South has a stable breeding population of horses. These are used by pretty much everyone, although they vary in quality. Pure-bred horses are more fragile, but perform better, and as a result are very expensive. Mutant horses are hardy and cheap, but overall slower and more stubborn. Ghoul horses are cheap and shitty, prone to going feral and attacking their owners. Cavalry are a massive portion of the local military.
The main conflict is a over who gets to rule the CAS. There's a president who doesn't want to give up power and a candidate who wants to take his position. There's also an NCR backed rebel group who wants to abolish slavery in the region, (ncr wants to disrupt tge legion's slave trade), some viking inspired raider kingdom, and the Brotherhood who want to stop the usage of FEV.
I see a lot of people who want Fallout Confedaracy, but I think it's real stupid. In 2277 the Confederacy would have been a country that last for four years over four centuries ago. Few people even remember that the United States was really a thing, let alone countries from before the bombs dropped.
Honestly you want some confederate vibes but minus all the racism, the Free States seem like your best bet. A secessionist movement of conspiracy theorists and preppers, except the government actually IS run by the Nazi deep state and they're totally right about the oncoming Nuclear War, and the massive government coverups and conspiracies going on with Vault-Tec. We only heard about them in Fallout 76, but I think it's perfectly reasonable to believe that given how Fallout's universe work the movement could have spread to other southern states.
Also how the hell would the NCR manage to get any influence in Georgia, the other side of the continent.

Besides, I have a decent explanation for it. The whole CSA mythos was brought into their society by a single man who was obsessed with the CSA. Aside from being a total lost causer, he was also a conspiracy nut, a prepper, and an eccentric millionaire. He built a bunker, stocked it full of animals, food, weapons, and like minded people. When the bombs dropped and the USA collapsed, he saw a chance for the South to finally rise again, and started building his own little petty nation. Luckily for him, the escaped FEV strain made his crackpot plan viable. Two hundred years later, his petty fief had become a kingdom. His exaggerated stories of the old south and the evil union were the only knowledge of the old world they had. The stories, twisted and streched over thousands of retellings, became a canon of saints and heros fighting villains and monsters.
The NAC itself is more of a medieval society wearing the skin suit of 19th century America in the much the same way the NCR is a 19th century society wearing the skin suit of 20th century America.

You could have racism. Have the bunker descendent aristocrats view the imported slaves as inferior because of their bad genetics, radiation exposure, and bad breeding. You could even have local Southern wastelanders who didn't descend from the bunkers be viewed like indians, being strange and lesser, but somewhat noble in their savagery.
My main theme is neo-confederate larpers riding around on horseback fighting rebelling slaves, viking raiders, and each other while the brotherhood and ncr do glow ops in the background. The guys you list are explicitly not neo-confederate.

If we're giving potential fallout settings, here's mine:
Huge map, stretching between the Mississippi and Missouri rivers, down south maybe to St Louis, north maybe to the Canadian border. (Fallout 1-2 style travel on the world map might be good for this). Main factions:
A huge, theocratic, vaguely baptist derived agrarian state on the Mississippi and Missouri flood plains after the Dyke's collapsed, which produce huge amounts of food and therefore have a massive population. Unfortunately, given those headwaters are in Montana and the Dakota's along with a shitton of missile silos, the rivers and food are horrifically irradiated and the population are all dieing or ghoulifying, both of which are considered holy (somehow). Population is generally fanatical, priesthood are isolated and mysterious, head priest is mysterious, has been around since before the war, and is seen less and less in public. Fields huge armies of sickly half ghoul peasants, armed mostly with spears and firelances, vaguely more elite units with crossbows or black powder muzzleloaders, and actually elite temple guards with combat armour and pre-war automatic weapons.
Various tribes of nomadic herders who ride mutated and bred horse-like llamas on the prairie. Different tribes come from vastly different places but have all fought and interacted to develop vaguely the same lifestyle; Mounties from Canada who brought the llamas down with them, biker gangs who first developed heavy charge tactics on motorbikes before switching to llamas, Comanche who introduced bows for hunting and fighting without using expensive ammunition, and cowboy larpers who first used explosives thrown from horseback, which devastate formations of spearmen. The tribes unite and break apart under varying leaders, and constantly harrass each other and their more settled neighbours.

Inuit descended dog chariot nomads, who expanded massively just after the war due to not being hit in the far north and capturing tons of Chinese guns in Alaska. Spread way south on sleds during nuclear winter, then receded as it faded, then expanded even more when they switched to wheels. Conquered and ruled over the river flood plains for a while, but with them and they're dogs eating livestock that are irradiated grain, the fallout bio-accumulated and killed the ones settled there. Pushed to the margins when the Mounties and other llama riders turned up, related to the hangdogs in Denver that the Legion absorbed in NV
Super mutant and ghoul state in Minnesota and the Dakota's, splintered off and headed north after the master got killed lead by a semi-psychic nightkin prophet. Herd and sometimes ride mutant cows the size of small elephants which eat a sludgy algeaish thing that feeds on the radiation in the pools where missile silos where (they don't have two heads, that'd be ridiculous). Send guys to proselytise, mostly to the floodplain theocracy, and usually aren't messed with unless the priests rile up a really big mob. They get some converts among the prairie tribes, and more in the floodplains, but the priests there persecute it vigorously. Some converts take the pilgrimage to the mountains, but unless they're a ghoul they usually die of radiation poisoning if nothing else kills them earlier.
Also various vault city-states, and more to the north in Canada that confederated (that is, the ones that didn't die to whatever crazy experiment they had)

Regardless of if you prefer NCR or Independent, the Courier is still the only real hope for the Mojave post-game. If they just disappear into the wasteland then either independent will completely fall apart into a power struggle of 30 different fiefdoms, or NCR will continue deteriorating into oligarchy. The Courier could easily be elected governor of Nevada assuming they helped a bunch of people out throughout the game and from there launch a compelling presidential campaign.

My courier wore armor out of fear of getting ambushed and shot, and rightfully so since he got shot at on a daily basis. I don't see why he would stop now that he has assassins to worry about in addition to the usual bandits.

The Legion is still around. Any troops they commit will have to be pulled from other fronts. On top of that, I fail to see how being told "no, you can't annex my country" counts as a black eye. He didn't do anything to actually harm the NCR homeland or its citizens. Quite the opposite, he went and won the battle for them. And this after going around helping NCR and its citizens at every chance he had, including saving their president from an assassin's bullet. They'll be lucky if he hasn't already obtained folk hero status among their citizens.
