Actually firing both guns at once is retarded but I don't see the problem with being ambidextrous, aiming and firing one gun at a time. This is especially true before the development of high capacity modern handguns.

    Double.
Triple the effectiveness if you're the type that had his brain split in half to cure seizures.
The trick is to not aim with one eye but both. Yes, that means lining up the right gun with the right eye and the left gun with the left eye.

Just point the fucking things. If you hold your hand at waist level (assuming you have functioning hand-eye coordination) you'll be able to point at an object with your forefinger and be pretty bloody close, which is how come people can shoot from the hip and still hit stuff. Sure, you're not going to be able to hit the 10 ring at 25 yards

you can shoot and aim with both eyes open so if you train one eye on each sight picture i can imagine its possible but managing recoil and maintaining constant sight picture probably requires practice

      >you can shoot and aim with both eyes open
Do you guys really do this or do you just aim off the front sight post?

        What is shotgun shooting?

Zero. You can't aim well and you're just sending a lot of metal down forward. There may be some niche situation where you're being rushed solo by a big group, and you only have two hand guns so you just go guns blazing for a few seconds as a means to lay suppressive fire. Other than that it has zero practical implications. If you want to fire faster, use a smg or rifle.

Very. When I was in SWAT we were trained to dual wield, usually a 9 mil in one hand and a .40 S&W (I know lol) in the other so you could be certain there would be ammo available for at least one of your handguns. Personally I never had to dual wield in a tactical situation, but a lot of my buddies did

When I was in the SAS I had to defend a nuclear power plant against 5 terrorists and I was dual wielding berettas, it was very effective since they were not wearing any body armour

Fake reddit tourist. Everyone knows dual Berettas are used by Terrorists, Sas uses USP, Five-Seven, SIG or desert eagle.

Yeah you never served lmao, SAS recently had their kit adjusted and they can now chose their loadout

I can testify to witnessing this, I was at de_nuke when the SAS defused the bomb at bombsite b

yeah our sniper was in the garage but he was sadly hit in the head by an AK

It's not. I can actually do it because I am ambidextrous. I play guitars left and right handed at times to generate different sounds k,.kk.kmkm kmmmmmmm. K mk mo mmmm

If you can't shoot one handed with your week hand it's pretty pointless otherwise. You still have issues with recoil however but I can hit targets probably 50 m out with pistols in a 1/3 Meter pattern with pistols compared to 50 out with 4 inch pattern.

It's usually pointless and I'd never do it unless it's me jacking off.
I've dual wielded 2 semi 20 gauges and skeet shot just to show off. My uncles and father taught me how to shoot accurately without aiming since age 4 so it's kind of nature. I barely use sights at my age unless it's after 50 Meters.

Really effective, that's why all militaries and law enforcement organisations exclusively dual wield the beretta 92's like on CS 1.5
