For all the people curious about the increased number of slide threads:
>Counter-intelligence of the SBU attacked the airfield in Kursk with drones, - mass media.
>"16 kamikaze drones destroyed four Su-30 and one MiG-29 aircraft. Also among the targets hit were radars of the S-300 complex and two Pantsirs," the message says.
>Almost all SBU drones reached their targets, according to preliminary information, only three of them were shot down by air defense.
https://t.me/lachentyt/33674
How much of an airforce does russia even have left at this point? is the increased amount of attacks on airfields in preparation for the arrival of F-16's?
>4 SU30s and 1 mig29
That is almost hostomel tier of fuckup. What the fuck?
What air defense doing???
Outside of the Su-57 (doesn’t exist) and the Mig-35 (Mig-29 variant), those are the best planes Russia has. Probably not irreplaceable but definitely costly and lack of radars make the air defense useless.
>and the Mig-35 (Mig-29 variant)
Which also doesn't exist, it's deader than the Su-57 that at least still receieves minute funding and development in its flying mockup stage. Mig-35 was abandoned harder by russia harder than India dropped out of the Su-57 program. The only reminder of the plane and its source of advertising is its wikipedia page.
India didn’t really drop out of the Su-57 as much as they got straight up scammed by Russia to invest in a program that never existed for a two seater Su-57
>Probably not irreplaceable
i mean... they literally are. they aren't making new ones AFAIK
SU35 is the best they have, the mig29 is shit for modern day.
Your reasoning is schizo tier and I refuse to give you a (You)
SBU?
I hope you mean GUR? Unless Girkin is getting revenge whilst on the inside
The SBU is like the CIA in Ukraine. GUR is like DIA. Both agencies are being used in the same way. Don’t know where you got Girkin from. Maybe you are thinking of SVR or FSB?
How many times does it need to be said?
Just because russia is incompetent doesn't mean everyone else is.
Would be nice to have some kind of pics.
>I guess conclusion to make is that USA would be fucked in a war with any competent military
Where the hell did you get that from you dumb shill? You need to have some kind of path towards your talking points, instead of just injecting them in.
>I guess conclusion to make is that USA would be fucked in a war with any competent military
Putting your airframes under cover is a degenerate western pastime.
Fake and gay tho. Nobody else is talking about this.

Ukrainian drone game is causing a fair amount of panic virtually everywhere people have their heads screwed on.
No such thing as advanced drones, only advanced industry. You literally *have* to prototype at an industrial scale constantly forever.
>100k worth of drones destroying 100 million worth of planes?????
Likely less than 100k.
It's not all that different from an ATGM destroying a tank or a bullet killing a soldier.
>Russia gets shat on
>hurr hurr this proves we can take on the west!
funny bait i r8 8/8
meanwhile hundreds of tanks on both sides were destroyed by chinese drones
Yea, because they both have limited EW and shorad capabilities.
>meanwhile hundreds of tanks on both sides were destroyed by chinese drones
Soviet tanks, not just any tanks.

that guy is not just drunk.
I've seen methheads with better motor control than him
>Low motor function from the get-go due to genetic structure
>Little to no food due to shitty russian logistics and rotten MRE's so empty stomach
I'd say it's possible. A bottle of vodka can go a long way under those circumstances
I'm pretty confident I've been that drunk before
It is, for reasons that should be obvious, difficult for me to be certain
could also be just sick. Trenches are full of sick.
>could also be just sick. Trenches are full of sick.
That guy wasn't sick, other than in an addiction sense.
He was drunk, high or both.
You haven't seen many *really* drunk people it would seem.
most of the time the *really* drunk people I'm around aren't *just* drunk, so it might just be bias then
This, most people are used to other people being 4-5 beers drunk, were talking about not being able to tell what year you're in type of drunk
>that guy is not just drunk.
yes he is just drunk. you americans just don't know what "drunk" really means.
t. eastern european
To be fair, drinking yourself into a total stupor like that on a regular basis is almost exclusive to hobos worldwide and Russians.
Most people in Eastern Yurop still know where their brakes are and won't black themselves out more than a couple times a year at most.
it's more about the fact that in eastern europe you see
>higher genetic alcohol tolerance
>higher lifetime developed tolerance
>cheap, strong, plentiful booze
>a culture (in some circles) encouraging drinking till you're basically dead
An uninitiated drinker would never make it to the webm state without passing out. It takes a long period of adaptation to tank 3-4 promilles and still move under your own power.
>a culture (in some circles) encouraging drinking till you're basically dead
Binge drinking is only really a thing in Russia and Russia-influenced areas. Rest of Eastern Europe is more of a "two shots per day" territory.
>Binge drinking is only really a thing in Russia and Russia-influenced areas
You've never been to the UK I take it. Or Australia for that matter.
It's a thing for all youths in western yuropean countries, I imagine he meant a constant habitual binge drinking every day though
4 promiles is child's play. I remember blowing 4 one morning and you wouldn't tell I was drunk. When you drink for a few days straight, you start to get the shakes when you drop to like 2, 3+ is the comfortable level where you can go about your days. Seriously, this stuff just works differently for alcoholics, let alone alcoholics from Eastern Europe. It's not a boast, because there's nothing in my life I regret more than acquiring that "ability", but I'm a 5'7 manlet and I could drink amounts of liquor that you wouldn't believe your heaviest friend is capable of surviving.
>biorobot technology from 2016
>it's 2023 already
HATOsisters, I'm scared.
oh fuck my sides
Heard this guy was allegedly from the same group that supposedly blew up the dam?
>battle flip flops
Bro, I always bring flip flops to the field, dis him for being drunk, but don't slander the man's flip flops
It's probably a stupid question, but what's stopping Ukraine from getting alcohol into Russia's defensive lines? I'm imagining it going something like this:
>fill crate with cheap vodka in plastic bottles, juiceboxes, or something else adequately durable
>attach parachute to crate
>drop it on Russian positions via drone
>labels contain encouragements to surrender with instructions detailing how, or other propaganda
>soldiers will be motivated to acquire/view this propaganda and hide it from superiors because they want to drink the stuff (like how some leaflets in ww2 used pornography to the same end)
>intoxicated soldiers will be less effective at pretty much everything in and out of combat
>inevitable punishments for gathering/drinking alcohol on the job will create resentment towards superiors
There's surely a good reason why it wouldn't work if they're not already doing it, but if that's the case then I'm curious why.
1. Russian troops are already drunk and high
2. Better to drop a grenade on them
>1. Russian troops are already drunk and high
It wouldn't hurt to throw even more fuel onto the fire
>2. Better to drop a grenade on them
A grenade will take out a couple of dudes; a box of vodka can mess with the cohesion of an entire squad, waste officers' time/effort on dealing with outbreaks of drunkenness, screw with morale, and (with the proposed labels encouraging surrender) potentially gain the Ukrainians more prisoners for exchange.
Plus I can see this backfiring when ukrainian troops just drink the alcohol themselves instead. The temptation is just too strong. UAF is trying really hard to keep alcohol out of the frontlines. So probably not a good idea to bring it out there at all.
That's actually a good point: there'd need to be some kind of monitoring involved to make sure it reaches the target audience intact.
Reminds me of the mass poisoning some partisans did a month or so ago. Good shit.
It'd be funnier if we spiked the booze with hallucinagenics and just watched the magic unfold.
This. Instead of the flyers, drop whole blotters of acid on enemy positions. Would be much more effective.
put a tenth of a gram of LSD in each bottle of vodka, then sit back and wait for their troops to
a) leave space and time entirely
b) experience psychological horrors literally beyond comprehension
I can only assume the combination of ruski PTSD, complete ego destruction and not knowing what you've been doesed with would be...horrific.
Literally me on Friday night after splitting half a bottle of that smirnoff
So THAT'S where FPS Russia has been.
quite possibly fake, althrough russian incompetence knows no bounds.
I'll wait for photos before celebrating.
Sat images and IR are the most we can hope for in a fuck-up this massive (if it is real).
Or the usual vatnik taking photos and uploading them to telegram.
this. they've been kind enough to give us good photos of the Moskva, Kerch bridge (repeatedly), the tu22 and so on.
1 bober drone costs 104k dollars
The two drones used to cripple the 300 million dollar A-50U in Belarus were two $700 Mavics. No need for something long range if your airfield security is shithouse.
>1 bober drone costs 104k dollars
That may be including the R&D costs, but I guarantee you that the unit production cost is less than $20K.

Are we sure this is real and not some conscript afraid of Black mercenaries and drones flying away with conscripts?
I know Ukies are less likely to lie outright, but I would really like to see some proofs.
Because if it's true, that would be the most successful airfield attack so far.
If we get ukie fake news it's usually clickbait by a single account. If it's never mentioned again->made up
I'm also in the "too good to be true" camp until we get a picture or 2 from the wreckage, give it a day or so
TASS reported drones being intercepted and some buildings being damaged by debris in Kursk, make of that what you will
Checked liveuamap, there were explosions in Kursk early this morning
https://t.me/readovkanews/64926

Now it barely gets mentioned and has become routine
sometimes I think back on the flood of videos of HIMARS strikes on ammo depots taken by the soldiers there.
I miss the early war kino.
Funny how no one has been nuked yet over it.
>that would be the most successful airfield attack so far.
I think the attack on the Crimean airbase was even worse but I don't remember the total losses.
The chornobaivka anomaly can from some points of view be considered one attack as well.

lmao
Come on now, ukies lost at least a few missiles.
>Come on now, ukies lost at least a few missiles.
Only in the sense that a suicide drone is basically a missile.
oh yeah, that was ridiculously effective
hell if i remember correctly, after this, russia had officially lost more aircraft than Ukraine
When will they start taking out Su-57s?
They are stored at bases well within reach of the Ukrainians long range drones
>They are stored at bases well within reach of the Ukrainians long range drones
SU-57s are so rare that their rarity actually makes it harder for ukies to find them
The Yamato syndrome. Same with the T14. Too little of it in existence and having one shot down or destroyed, then paraded on media, is a bigger blow to morale than just losing a shitload of men and hardware.
On the flip side, I don’t think either the T14 and Su57 have been war ready, like at all.
>I guess conclusion to make is that USA would be fucked in a war with any competent military

the correct translation is "worked on", "attacked". there is no claim of damage/destruction in the screenshot.
>competent military
A set which you admit includes Ukraine and definitely excludes Russia? Got it.
This looks like China.
hard to tell due to the lighting and shit quality, but the writing on the signs looks like arabic
Consider the following:
This is the first instance of a saturation strike by Ukraine we've seen so far. Chances are, part of the air defence wasn't even manned because they considered their mere presence deterrence enough. Omitting of course the fact that RUssia has a few times more air defense systems than they have trained air defense crews
>Omitting of course the fact that RUssia has a few times more air defense systems than they have trained air defense crews
Russians have so much air defense that when Ukraine launched drone to blow up Tu-22M3 in Novgorod Russians only had Kalashnikovs for AA because all Pantsirs, S-300 and buks were pulled out to defend Moscow
>call a city Novgorod
>its the oldest city in Russia
it wasn't really russian until they captured the city and massacred everyone in 1500s
This and the 2nd defensive line being breeched has the vatniks in a tizzy
uh oh
Why won't ziggers close the gap?
Because the layout of the terrian and roads means that trying to close that gap requires moving under ukrainian surveillance and artillery.
>Röpcke
why isn't he doom posting?
The CEO of doomposting is currently in jail.

>Jihad Julian
Röpcke is definitely a curious one, even though he vocally supports Ukraine he keeps falling for russian propaganda, leading him to immediately give up on it and claim the offensive has failed. Don't know if he's stupid, gullible or both.
>Ropke
He's always wrong, even if he decides to huff some hopium for a change
>Ropcke
Not even once.
>Cocpke
>2nd
How many more lines to go and do they have to worry about more mine fields?
No fucking way! TZD!
Keep your daz3d goblins to yourself.
I can imagine that ziggers are too poor to build proper hangars but why don't grab some metal poles, chain-link fence and build hangar-shaped fence for their multi-million dollar aircraft? I'd be surprised if the cost surpassed 10k usd.
Sure it won't shop a Tomahawk but for a light drone it could do the job.
bullshit.
saudi drone going down in yemen a few days ago.
That's how I know the resident iranian shill is behind that post
i wish somebody woluld pay me for shitposting.
I wasn't calling you a samefag, anon
I was just noooticing how posting a yemen war video to make westerners/ukrainians look bad fits a pattern of shitposting by an iranian here.
It's just glavset thangs, Iranian bots have better shit to do.
It's from Yemen
That's in saudi iirc, government drone shot down by rebels
A competent military would have counter measures against drones. Russia sucking at air defenses does not apply to the west
That's an LPG gas station in Romania you falseflagging gay.
they don't care that it's obvious, they just want you discussing their own claims
this
They're putting the firehose on max pressure and muddying up the waters
I'll believe it when I see the video of the airfield getting attacked
>I guess conclusion to make is that USA would be fucked in a war with any competent military
Yea, but what if the military with the expensive planes is competent as well and even has it's own drones?
You can tell because there's actually emergency personnel and firefighters on the scene.

maybe we should just get rid of the internet. people used to be embarrassed by this kind of conduct
>16 kamikaze drones destroyed four Su-30 and one MiG-29 aircraft.
the source doesn't say "destroyed", it says they were targeted
it does say that they damaged two pantsirs and radars of s-300, though
but it also says that four drones out of 16 were shot down, so if we assume that those that got shot down were intended for aircraft (and none of the remaining were targeting them), that still should leave us with at least one damaged/destroyed airframe
Why didn't the S-300s shoot them down?
Apparently, because those were SYPAQ drones, literally made from cardboard.
>because those were SYPAQ drones, literally made from cardboard
To be fair, it's carefully engineered cardboard, not exactly a recycled beer carton.
5kg payload, that's enough to fuck up a fighter jet, not really enough to entirely destroy it but it won't be flying again.
>CoD: Ukraine will be the first one I buy in a while.
I bought CoD: Infinite Warfare because picrel, it was fun but very short and all the innovative stuff like zero-g CQB is just in a couple of set piece battles and then never done again.
>5kg payload
A Sidewinder payload is a bit over 9kg so this isn't something to scoff at.
I don't believe any of this until i see proof. The vatnig lies as he breathes bu ukrainians are still slavs.
>literal paper airplane
>not launched from Ukraine
They have 120km range, they could be launched from just inside the Ukrainian border near Sumy and make it. Though that border has been awfully porous so they could easily be launched from inside Russia too.
as an aussie i hope we send a fucking massive amount of these

You can go out in style
This has been confirmed? Remember when vatniks were mocking those cardboard drones?
>Russians getting killed by Labo kits
Jesus Christ
I feel all these stories begin with some soldiers saying "Bro, check what sick flip I can do with the drone" "That's nothing bro, check this."
I hope this is true. The main evidence so far is the uptick in volume of vatnik shitposters today.
if these were the cardboard drones it might be more like 10k worth of drones destroying 100 million lmaooo
>he cute
zisters...
I mean, cardboard would not show up on radar, innit.
I think you need a quick refresher on how radar works, Anon.
we need cardboard drones with RAM coated everything that isn't cardboard for maximum stealth
You are ruining the fun of seeing the Russian army destroyed by the lowest of low tech bullshittery.
Fuck ram coating, just replace the engine and power pack with something like picrel.
Just use LONG sticks. Why even fly at all?
so if you put engine, payload fuel tank or battery behind cardboard they will be transparent too or just disappear?
It'd be a tiny signature that you would need to be specifically looking for. Fly them in a V formation and you could pass them off as a flock of Geese.
>so if you put engine, payload fuel tank or battery behind cardboard they will be transparent too or just disappear?
No, the radar waves can penetrate the transparent material, reflect off the battery or whatever and go back through the transparent material the way they came.
The battery isn't very big though and you could try and wrap it in something with RAM properties.
snaaaake !
no u
Polycarbonate is also transparent at radar frequencies. They use it for radomes. Not sure how well other polymers do in comparison, but probably pretty well, as long as you don't use carbon fiber for strengthening them.
Damn bro, I don't remember asking.
>Russia bombards a city
>almost everything (including hypersonics) gets intercepted
>Ukraine bombs an airfield
>almost everything hits, only three drones shot down
Night and day difference
everything hits, only three drones shot down
And three of the hits are on air defence equipment including Pantsir which allegedly has anti-drone functions.
Based
Shut up twat

It must be hard being an incel.
God I hope that this is true but I need more proof before I believe it.
King
moron
This is the future of warfare, not only on land but also and sea and even space.
Maximum damage potential through the most cost-efficient methods.
Swarms of drones with explosive warheads or their own weaponry taking out encamped positions, lone armored vehicles and unaware soldiers. The only way to deal with them is through high tech countermeasures which most countries can't even afford, much less mantain and handle.
Depending on their materials their radar signature will be imperceptible or unrecognizable from that of a bird, and the only way to shoot them down or disable them will to literally eyeballing the things.
>Maximum damage potential through the most cost-efficient methods
That doesn't sound very western.
Usually we just stop at:
>Maximum damage potential
Cost efficient methods are for the 2nd world.
>t-this is actually t-terrible news for the west!

Either an actual retard or glowie, probably the former. Activity of intelligence agencies foreign and domestic on PrepHole has been confirmed for years. They like to use it to test methods on, train shills, and keep shitty/cheap shills on it. >Retards who say this shit really think there is a concentrated spooky boy effort on this image board attempting to suppress information that is literally more visible on Twitter, a normie site. Grow up
I think it's just more retarded third worlders and poltards who do it for free. They gawk and like to score points when Ukraine has legitimate setbacks and like to spin when Russia has setbacks.
>$0.25 bullet kills a soldier with a $500,000 life insurance policy
No way!
Hope its real, 5 aircraft and a Pantsir in one go would be a hell of a haul.
We laugh about the cardboard one-way drones now, but the barriers to entry are so low that these things could wind up routinely crippling any fixed installation or choke point.
It opens the door to deniable drone guerilla warfare anywhere for any player, like the AK-47 of the sky.
You still need a shaped charge
Pretty sure these are the little cardboard drones that cost $100 each. $100 not $100k
If you mean the ones people keep posting, it's an Aussie company's product and they were charging $5,000 each. No idea whether that's AU$5K or US$5K.
Which takes like an hour to make, if you're in a warzone with explosives laying around free for the taking.
Does Russia just not have air defense?

there's always pictures from the outside made by civies of something burning on an airfield
There's already pictures of a drone that hit a apartment building in Kursk. Given that supposedly some of the drones were shot down, that may have been one of them.
anon, I don't think you realise how huge of a loss and how humiliating this is for russia. There won't be pictures. They won't even admit this ever happened.
is there anyone but this one account reporting that kind of losses (with some evidence preferably)
>some of the best planes Russia has, and the best they can manufacture, can be blown up by cheapo drones
I can't believe Russia pretends to be a regional power, much less their muh multipolar world screeching
literally every plane would get blown up by 5kg warhead drones
Sure, but I'd assume that if an actual country (ie not russia) were at war and their enemy kept using drones for 18 months prior you would at least make sure they can't easily blow the hell out of your airforce with them
what are you going to do against cardboard drones that can't be seen by radar?
Don't leave the planes wide open for said cardboard drones to target

said. The problem would instantly be solved by keeping your planes in hangers, instead of just leaving them lying around in the open.
>what are you going to do against cardboard drones that can't be seen by radar?
A fucking door.
A thin tin roof and walls with a closed door.
Even picrel would work against the first drone and literally halve the number of aircraft lost.
you just have to send twice the amount of drones
doesn't really work
for doors unless they are thick af they won't work either
Earth revetments with a chicken wire roof.
honest question, why doesn't Ukraine just send like 50 of these at the same time in a "swarm" to simply overwhelming russian AA and just wipe out an entire bomber fleet? Whats Russian gonna do? Launch 50 AA missiles?
I've literally been checking this place randomly all day and seen no "slide threads". Just because the board is a shithole now doesn't mean "See thing no like=wrongthink/slidethread/bait/spam".
>Anything that mentioned Robotyne getting captured by Ukraine got censored
The first five threads were fine, there's probably still a couple of threads about Robotyne up.
After a bit though, mods get sick of the threads and start nuking them.
Literally just don't take the piss and it's fine.

Fucking kek
