It's true that it's lame, though. Like, what military units use them? What video game or movie has it showed up in? None. SCAR, G3, FAL, Tavor, M110. They've all been used by cool guys and have shown up in cool shit.
No need for a forward assist. And probably more strength when mortaring the action with a stuck case.
Where its placed, you don't have the issue that the SCAR did where your hand can get in the way of the charging handle.
>Bad heat treatment on key parts >Shitty polymer >Starts flinging rounds if it gets even a little bit hot
No. Nothing B&T makes cucks anything besides money from morons. They give swiss engineering a bad name in order to capitalise on dumb mutts with too much money.
This. Look around for cracked bolt carriers that they refuse to acknowledge or sheared cam pins.
The APC308s sold so poorly they were trying to figure out how to convert them to 6.5 a year ago to see if they could catch on to that bandwagon. It's why they're literally pivoting towards essentially an AR clone with the SPC.

I'll take things that affected a single batch of 500 guns 5 years ago for 1000, Alex.
Oops forgot other response. No it doesn't cuck the scar, they're about equals in most regards.
Between the APC223 and Scar16 I would take the scar because the scar is far lighter. The APC223's barrel borderline SOCCOM thicc.
Between the APC308 and SCAR17 I would take the APC because they actually resolved the electronics eating nature of the SCAR17 had.
Overall I'm not disappointed in the APC at all. But until their NRCH hit the market later this year I don't see a reason to get one over a SCAR which is about the same cost.
The Beretta ARX is also a meaningful improvement with a decent track record of reliability and an okay price, but nobody bought because le funni fishe gun
It’s interesting. This only seems(ed) to be a problem on the Bren 2MS in 7.62x39. The Bren 2S overrun that they sold in the US with the monolithic upper don’t have this problem as far as I know.
I fricked your mom
poor
keep sucking my wiener im boutta cum

Post your apc308 with your scar17
>Reciprocating charging handle
Good god why
String trick
if your grip is in front of the charging handle on this thing you're likely a 60 year old grandma

the Bren doesn’t have a reciprocating charging handle, but it functions as a forward assist
looks ugly

You’re moronic.
I own ALL FOUR - apc223 and 308, scar16 and 17.
Enjoy you $80 proprietary mags, I'll keep chillin with my SR25 mags.
gib pics of all 4 together you poor.
Does the buffer actually make it softer shooting in the 223 variant or is it a meme?
Anecdotally it does feel softer than my AR by a noticeable amount, but I don't know if its enough to make a practical difference.
That grip looks like some cheap generic Chinese bullshit you’d find at Academy
>dumps the m16 because you don't like the A2 grip
just another neo-ar18
give me the stamped steel stoner any day
>X is better than Y
>This message brought to you by the sellers of X
you need to be 18 or older to post here
lmao
Someone post the gif
?
>does it really cuck the scar?
No, but the Bren 2 does.
>FTE
>GAS PROBLEMS
Yea in your fricking dreams mate
Only the civvie versions of the x39 had that and it’s fixed
>and it’s fixed
Is this true?
They’ve sent out replacement gas regulators. Mine fixed my issues entirely, nice soft 3oclock ejection now. Just my experience tho
>SCAR
>MCX
>ACR
>XCR
>BREN
All this shit is the same.
I’d say the SCAR, BREN, ACR, and B&T are the same (AR-18 rectangle) but the XCR and MCX are at least improvements
The Beretta ARX is also a meaningful improvement with a decent track record of reliability and an okay price, but nobody bought because le funni fishe gun
lol no
the SCAR mogs every single rifle in the market hard
Holy crap. lol
That reminds me of the Salient AR Tim was advertising a few years ago

yeah it cucks the scar immediately
Lmfao
God, all of these new guns with extruded aluminum receivers and screws holding everything together are so fricking ugly.
