I’ve been reading claims in the media that Ukrainians find them too complex to operate. They had success in Afghanistan—at least insofar as they were used.
switchblade 300 is a dumbass meme weapon, they should have been given switchblade 600
They're extremely simple to operate, but it seems they're more valuable to Ukraine as recon than as a weapon. They've got plenty of ways to frick up Russians, not as many ways of finding them.

reminder that there is no proof switchblade doesn't work, it's only vatnik twitter. The problem is training, the current UAF drone ops are primarily working with the stuff they've had and as long as they've got sufficient stock will continue to work with what they trained on rather than cross train to a 300
IIRC the improvised bomber drones are about as effective (and reusable) and the Ukies are more experienced with them than with switchblades.

Robots won't really take off until we make robots that can repair the robots because they're too complex and fragile. Something will break and it will take too long to fix.
>troony soldiers, perhaps
over half equipment failure
>over half equipment failure
only if they is post-op
i love me a cute w a working dick
Caught me off guard
don't know about equipment but military doctrine-wise yes
they're trying the "if you lose you win" approach
switchblades look like a dud

they already announced switchblade usage, technically still experimental.
Not a word on Phoenix Ghost
Plus there's always shit that doesn't get mentioned, like those top secret ewar rigs in Iraq etc
I hear thier getting a round of these bad boys ready to ride.
Is that a hecking Screamers reference
It's only a matter of time for when robo-dogs are hunting down the last cis-white man.
Whatever happen to no more Brother Wars?
no, i think it's mostly equipment from 1995-2005
give it a suicide vest then get back to me.

did these frickers really add another goddamn letter to the fricking captcha? Frick this. I don't know why I even post here still.
no, we are simply testing if our old surplus of previously “good enough” equipment is still relevant.
Electronic counter measures most likely. Testing out drone protection and what not.
