Do people actually wear morale patches have any practical uses aside from being quirky?

Yeah, morale, you fucking mongoloid. What's so hard to understand about that? Does it make the bois happy? Get a good chuckle out of it? Sounds like mission accomplished. Sometimes the bois trade them with other units that have them. Bonus morale.

The concept of doing things for the sole purpose of raising morale is foreign to the third world mind, please be more understanding.

That's a lie and you know it, anon. Even in the third world they have plenty of practices to raise morale in a unit. They just don't do it in a consumerist fashion like degenerate westerners. They prefer to find a conscript to gang rape when they need a morale boost.

We used to have our own morale patches, but I don't expect any of you to remember that.
The last time I tried making a Payback Enterprises thread, I got a ban. Which I think proves that no one else here is an oldfag, even the mods.

The war journalist Robert Young Pelton (one of the better ones IMO) would give his own custom morale patches to soldiers as a gift (also doubled as the brand for his knife company but that's neither here nor there). I think it worked even better when rolling with thirdie armies / bushwhacking miitias who like cool skulls. It's good to have little gifts and knicknacks to hand out in that line of work.

Yes, I was surprised to see that a lot of guys in Ukrainie wear them.
Boomers wear boomer shit like MILF HUNTER, some younger guys prefer meme-patches, generic patriotic symbolism is a very common theme.
