'Delta can't hurt us we're Russians'. - Some dead Ruskie probably.

Why'd the Russians think they can just walk up to Delta with 500 men and nothing's gonna happen to them?

Well /k/?

I know, I thrive off knowing they've got to climb over their ugly cousin wives and 14 brats on the shared mattress, walk out their tin shack and cling to the side of a train for 45 minutes to argue with my autistic ass.

    >Western willingness to aid Ukraine will cease long before Russia runs out of time, manpower, equipment or ammunition.

Just like Russia will take Keef in 3 days.

A couple percentage of the US's defense budget for Ukraine with this much ROI is too fucking gold to pass.

Thus, I highly doubt it my good man. Russia won't make it out of this decade is a much better bet.

Doesn't matter how wealthy the US (or Europe) is if political will dries up. Call it a pyrrhic victory and the Russians vastly overestimated their capabilities, but they're still going to win by sheer numbers.

Russia is in a demographic decline worst than that of Japan where most of their best abled men are dying en mass in an attritional warfare led by total idiots.

There literally isn't a victory to be had here by Russia.

The best Russia can hope for is a murder-suicide scenario in Ukraine, but that too is starting to look far fetched by the day when Ukraine is starting to achieve artillery superiority and armored superiority (in quantity and quality) on the field.

KEK, yeah sure. It took 20 years for that to happen in Afghanistan, and even then we had more than enough political will to stay if need be. Sounds like you're ODing on hopium, my man.

          That's quite true.

There was literally no incentive to stay in Afghanistan after OBL and AL-Q leadership got shit on and indeed the US still stayed there for two decades anyways.

Yet this brother believes the US will stop supporting Ukraine when it has every incentive to do so at little to no cost to them.

Win what? A faster demographic decline to a collapse of the state.
The minute Ukies stood and fought instead of fleeing and surrendering Russia was done.

No one, not one country will ever respect Russia militarily again. They have been shown to be less capable at war then some Africa countries.

The only reason the west gets board stops funding is they don't care and see Russia as the gas station with a terminal demographic decline that Putin made sure happens faster.

    >equipment or ammunition
Stats say otherwise, if they keep up the current attrition they'll be out of equipment in a little over 2 years. That's complete depletion of their soviet stockpile and no more vehicles for mobiks

    bakhmut fell

Indeed Bakhmut fell, but look at what it cost Russia: 30,000-60,000 dead Wagnerites, Wagner in itself and most of its senior leadership including Prigozhin himself.

Mind you Wagner was literally the only competent entity in the entirety of the war effort of Russia in Ukraine.

So indeed Bakhmut fell, but I'm not convinced its a victory for Russia though.

Ziggers will call it a victory no matter what, they call everything a victory because they are literally orks, as long as there are still some of them alive somewhere they'll just start another war someday so nobody can say they finally beat them for good.
