    >Other people also are saying it
    >Everyone still too pussy to point the finger at Putin directly.

That's the whole game and has been for decades. When some extreme corruption is revealed, everyone immediately blames the man (be it a governor or mayor) who did it, not the one who abated it or directly allowed it by appointing the corrupt individual. Putin in turn is always portrayed as an innocent, almost saintly anti-corruptiom warrior who is doing his best - despite corruption getting deeper and deeper. Putin is untouchable in the Russian media and blame always falls on those below him

        >Putin is untouchable in the Russian media and blame always falls on those below him
I have a feeling not for long.
At some point even the dumbest Russian must see that Putin is the root of the problem.
They call those that don't like Navalnists btw.

          >Shit's fricked, 2 incompetent morons complain about less incompetent morons and want to escalate but Putin is hesitating because of public opinion.

You are sorely mistaken. Slavs are sorely moronic slaves for whatever master is in charge and keep their eyes focused on whatever they are told to.
          >but muh based slavs!
No. They are only "based" because they are pointed in the direction that gives you the personal bias to support them unconditionally.
          >but Russians are opening their eyes to Putin!
No. They are looking at the military for being so blatantly corrupt and ineffective. I bet before this started even Putin didn't know about how rotten and fricked everything was because he's only ever been exposed to the idealism that they want him to see to cover their asses.

how on earth does the secret police not know how much corruption and organized crime there is?

Because they probably report to their superiors and it gets "lost" on it's way to Putin.

              >how on earth does the secret police not know how much corruption and organized crime there is?
One: the people they're reporting to will be corrupt criminals who have ever incentive to 'misplace' those reports. Two: the people doing the investigations are also corrupt criminals and have every incentive to not find anything when they're investigating.

The most important rule in a corrupt system is always
              >DON'T!
              >ROCK!
              >THE!
              >FRICKING!
              >BOAT!

The only people who knew before feb 22nd were the soldiers on the ground. The ones who were stripping cables from tanks and selling diesel fuel for vodka.

1.5 million sets of winter coats where supposed to be bought, but never where actually.
That isn't the work of single corrupt soldiers.

Of course not. But nobody knew just how bad it was except for the lowest level soldiers. These were the guys not getting the coats. Meanwhile their commanders tell the people above them everything is fine. Corruption exists at every level, right up to Putin. But the higher you get, the more you think it's just you and some other guys making a sneaky profit, instead of everyone.

Prigozhin might be making a play for power
Kadyrov might be doing the same himself or holding back in order to protect his own interests.

I suspect they're the pure militarist types, who don't consider that at the levels of grand strategy you need to consider politics as well as the military situation. So they'd advocate mass-mobilization and the use of tactical nuclear weapons, perhaps in an attempted decapitation strike on Kiev to try and smoke Zelensky and Co.

This ignores the fact that mass-mobilization would likely start a revolution, and tactical nukes should (though I remain pessimistic about Western resolve) provoke instantaneous strategic nuclear response from the US and its allies.
