Not like it's wrong to have a gun without loicense, but it's not a good scenario where career criminals and thugs suddenly get easier access to guns but normal people do not

No, it's hand grenades. They are mostly to terrorize potential witnesses and such by chucking them into a window when nobody's home, or exploding a building entrance at night, but sometimes they chuck one through the wrong window and kill people (brown criminals are very smart or thoughtful)

i think the swedish hand grenade meme is kind of a cope. of all the yugoslav weapons thats the one that became popular precisely cause its much easier to smuggle in ones and twos across multiple borders from southern europe to skyrim by hiding it inside of other stuff vs a full length rifle or RPG. if you're a criminal you'd much refer a rifle so you can shoot or intimidate people with it instead of some gimicky grenade . ukraine is way closer to the big EU countries and the border is much bigger and the amount of small arms being mass shipped in is way larger judging by the rate of domestic ammo price inflation

I do assume the clashes between minorities and attacks by innocent minor refugees will involve more AKs and people will, reasonable as they tend to be, call for stricter gun laws.

Are people really reasonable? People are pretty irrational and herdlike in large groups, and your prediction of the future also sounds like very unreasonable behavior. People in Europe thought the nazis were reasonable and we had a whole war about it you know.

Also, stricter gun laws only intensify black market weapons trade and profits. While the government is still armed and can lock you down over COVID-47 without a single vote.

If the scandi biker wars are any indication. Anti armor weapons suck balls against brick buildings and barely kill anyone.

Criminals in Sweden have been running around with an unlimited supply of hand-grenades, various other explosives and modern automatic weapons for years now (regular Swedes have to jump through a milion hoops to own a single hunting shotgun). So there's no shortage of weapons.

which way? if your plane crosses over eastern europe or central asia, I would be warned that weapons will inevitably get into the hands of separatist muslims.

the arab world is not much of a concern, in comparison to the various groups that swathes of weapons will flow into USSR-collapse style.

No. Europeans are peak bootlickers giving chinese run for their licks, so any illegal weapons or ammo would be promptly announced to authorities and announcers would be gladly arrested.

Not anymore than it currently does. All crime elements have super cheap Serb guns and ammo to buy with little issue already. If anything passing through Poland will make it harder to smuggle in than just going the Balkan route. Just one of the many things that made that kraut wannabe mass shooter a bigger laughing stock lmao

Not necesserily illegal. Here in europe before 2015 full auto guns converted to seminauto are legal. In most eu country they still are like in switzerland, Italy, CZ, slovakia etc.
After the balkan war a shitload of demilitarized aks flooded the legal market as someone with money could just go there, buy a shitload of them, have them demilitarized and then sell them here. They are still available (none of that made in the US bullshit here, 600 euro for a real tula ak is okay)
I hope things will go that route again so I'll buy new ruskie stuff that's actually been in a conflict.

just visitr the balkans sometimes , if one has ( through inheritence or otherwise) a litle house in an almost abandoned villige which does not have electricity because the gypsies stole all the copper wiring. it is almos guarantied they have an unregistered firearm, common onesa are sawnoff shottyes (shepards killing wolfes, italians call such shotguns luparas or something like that) "s, 22 lr , carcanos, mousers copyes and ak rifles. maybe a tokarev

Yes, in fact, it's already happened. I'm now the proud owner of a T-72B3 that was smuggled from Ukraine, through poland, through Germany, through France, through the Channel Tunnel into Britain.

Yes, I can almost guarantee it. The best part is that the DoD has entire division (company?) of guys in SF who do nothing but prevent the flow of US arms given to friendly nations from entering the black market. And no matter which way the Ukraine conflict goes, we will never ever deploy them there.

It's fucking obvious that they will but everyone knows that. It's kind of a small price to pay compared to the alternative of Ukraine having hypothetically buckled instantly and now being next door to a Russian controlled Ukraine.
