They're just antennae held up in regular orc fashion, by hammering a bunch of wood to it to make it stand up.

It may well have. The strike is something like 20 to 30 meters to one side of the antennae. The portion of the building where the antennae are still poking through the roof appears to be still structurally sound after the strike. There are two frames immediately prior to the detonation where you can see the missile falling in a vertical path before it hits the building. It's a miss, and maybe not even a mission kill.

I wish we had more context for this, given it got posted I'm assuming the guy filming survived but it's entirely possible for some of them to assume they're wounded but able to walk, to then bleed out over the next few minutes. Depending on how far medical aid was and where the shrapnel hit, it could also be a bleedout over hours.

If anybody says "that's not too bad": Take a 5kg weight and drop it from the height of your hips on your foot. It won't break anything,you won't bleed, you won't die. But walking will be a pain in the ass for an entire week.
Then imagine running for your life on a battlefield with that foot.
They are ripped open by shrapnel, not bruised by a light weight. The will get infections and die

Honesty if you're wounded and Russian, the literal best thing you can do is run back to safer ground, and then 5km back get some dudes to carry you on stretchers another 5km to a dugout where you will sit for 2 days with a bandage and if you're lucky be picked up by car to the nearest mud filled field hospital to take off your legs and arms and nuggetise you.
If you're going to run, you run spread out 1 by 1, because Ukraine is less likely to waste shells on 1 or two people running away. Good luck if they're using mortars or you're under a line of fire though, they will dump these on you for days or you will get shot running. Staying in your hole and maybe dying in 4 days gives you a chance of 1-4 days of miserable maggot filled life instead as you succumb to bloodloss/infection though so often Russians do that, since they're not getting evacced anytime soon.

Agreed. I remember a drone drop vid where ukies dropped a small nade to destroy some ammo/equipment. The shrapnel ripped multiple holes in fuel containers like 10-20m away from the explosion. Fuel came gushing out of all the holes in the containers. That was the best demonstration of just how deadly shrapnel is even if dudes don't go down instantly.

Also of note is that the sparks you see in this frame grab occur faster than the blast wave at the center. Notice the grenade has barely begun to detonate next to the zigger, the blast wave has yet to reach his corpse, but the shrapnel is moving so fast that it's already lit up collateral targets about 30 meters away. Shit's moving about mach 4, you're dead before you hear the blast.
