Americans aren't 4'5 and 90 pounds so they don't need exoskeletons

Americans are 350 lb 5’8 so they probably need exoskeletons to support their own weight

I sometimes wonder if we're the good guys

bro ITAR keeps freedom loving democratic people weaker and stupider while educating their enemies on how to pass them by the very nature of the restrictions. The existence of this alone as the noose around the neck of the good guys should be clear enough, and there should be no surprises for you hearing that every dictator regime that can pay in oil or afford petrodollars buys the american weapons to do crimes against humanity with, and every dictator regime that is unwilling to pay these prices buys chinese or russian hardware instead, and that hardware is quickly catching up to the american, because it is getting so well tested.

Nationalist governements, putting the capability to do evil under the control of a social network of sociopaths, are the bad guys. If you work for them you're on the bad guy's side, and the best we can hope for in common is that you abandon this post.

sea hunter, china has a copy of it and it a 3 month endurance sub hunter ship.
i think pic makes more sense with a fleet. cheaper, 4 day endurance and you can fit it in an intermodal container so logistics are simple you can run them out of a current fleet resupply ship.drop a dozen of these in the ocean and you can cover a massive area with sonar

Why not make an ugv, why the frick would you build a spastic robot to drive a manual vehicle, wtf is the point of this.

The whole point of that was demonstrating remote fine motor control skills.
They made a full robot because why the frick not, but it's really a drone not a robot.
Could be usefull in plenty of scenarios where you don't want to send humans but you still need to kick down/open a door.

its interesting how the chinese use a big storage box on top vs the 'basket' design of pic related and the estonian drone

do they do that IRL? Seems like it'd get in the way

Easier if you need to get the dog back under control than trying to clip a leash back on in the middle of the shit.

        Anonymous

        iirc yes sometimes
if the dog is hit, injured or is in danger and cant hear you (sound of gunfire too loud, whatever) you can pull him back. the dog has a radio so its rarely a problem and mostly it just gets in the way so most of the time they just let the dog go free

Seems alright. I just hope for everyone involved that it runs on diesel or something. Just one half-assed assembly in the lithium battery sweatshop and Chang and his battle buddies take out a city block with the ammo cooking off.

I'm just saying, "Chinese electric appliance violently bursting in flames" is pretty much it's own genre by now.

Eh, I guess? It helps the tiny manlets move stuff from supply drop to base. Also it’s not like you’ll always have open skies to chopper in slings wherever they need to go, so you may need to hump stuff a long distance.

But couldn’t they engineer this thing better? Why not put the cargo box closer to the ground? Oh well, it’s Chinese so I guess beggars can’t be choosers. Not that it matters, the PLA is too corrupt for niceties like this thing to actually get delivered in meaningful numbers.
