I just trespass and go wherever I want. I've only been caught a few times. I simply apologize and ask for the most direct route off of the property. I leave no trace and have a code of ethics. if everyone did this, nobody would have an issue with.

colorado has a law saying you cant sue property owners for personal injury on their land if they dont demand money or advertise, some moron sued the air force after falling on a neglected bike path and a female judge ruled he could win money so now property owners are making people pay into a legal defense fund and sign wavers to come onto their land.
im just not buying it. when I lived in the country everyone was all over each other's property and nobody cared. if i don't see a no trespassing sign its fair game.
