    Trespass

This. Nobody cares. If there aren’t posted signs and the area isn’t fenced in it’s more than likely you won’t even be asked to leave.
      >”Hurr durr eat lead gay”
Been “trespassing” daily since 2004 never been threatened, only been asked to leave a few times; don’t be a dumbass.

how is private property real, you step on a lawn or shit and suddenly you're eligible to get murdered with a firearm? americans...

becuase boomers want it all for themselves.
here where i live there is a nature preserve with very endangered wildlife but the govt cant even access it even though was written into the contract because the psychopath boomers gate it all and claim its all theres.
idk how many times there is private property on this shithole, beaches with perfect fresh water springs suddenly barbed wire and no tresspass and electric fences. its 100% demonic. it also doesnt help that any public access is just used as a dumping ground by mutt swine. worse the law we have here says u can access most land due to laws from constituiton etc passed hundred years ago yet the private property just does whatever it wants.
an amerigolem cant even comprehend europe

I just trespass and go wherever I want. I've only been caught a few times. I simply apologize and ask for the most direct route off of the property. I leave no trace and have a code of ethics. if everyone did this, nobody would have an issue with.

if you want to tresspass you're just gonna have to roll the dice like everyone else.

Nice false equivalency. Most people trespassing in the woods aren't walking into someone's house. They usually aren't coming close to any buildings. As long as they aren't hunting, trapping, trashing the place, damaging property, destroying crops, or engaging in reckless behavior like cliff diving, what's the big deal?

colorado has a law saying you cant sue property owners for personal injury on their land if they dont demand money or advertise, some moron sued the air force after falling on a neglected bike path and a female judge ruled he could win money so now property owners are making people pay into a legal defense fund and sign wavers to come onto their land.

Didn't see any "no trespassing" signs on the river bank when I paddled in under cover of darkness.
