Is there an IFV as successful as the Bradley? Can other countries (Sweden, Germany, Britain, etc) compete?

In terms of most kills? I dunno. One of the BMPs?

    By what metric?

Warrior is faster and able to carry more troops, and that's the main purpose of an IFV.

Chadley is very much able to hold its own as a light tank or recon vehicle in a way that the Warrior could not.

      >more troops
That's not a good thing. That's a feature only valued by militaries that can't afford many vehicles (Britain) almost every kther western nation that has designed IFVs has kept the passenger size to the minimum in order to reduce casualties if a vehicle is lost, and to provide more firepower to support the infantry. Which the Warrior sucks at also.

Depends really on the doctrine of the army. If a squad in one army is 7 men your vehicle can only carry 6, you have fricked up somewhere along the way.

UK sections are 7 men. Warrior can hold a maximum of 10 should a situation require overloading, or carrying of wounded.

US Squads are 9 men, but the Bradley can only carry a maximum of 6. So, I guess the three other guys just have to run along side?
        I don't get it either.

That isn't a real problem. You don't need 1 vehicle for 1 squad. You base your vehicle needs off of the platoon.

It's the way most successful mechanized infantry in history are organized.

A Stryker is faster and can hold more troops than the warrior. The Stryker is a better ifv

off the top of my head I would say the Sd.Kfz. 250s but Germany probably made far less than the US
and given the thousands of m2/m9's provided to the soviets amongst the thousands used by the US Army itself, the half tracks cranked out by IH and white killed way more than anything modern

define success? the bmp series was a success for the ussr even though it was and is a weak ifv 1v1. the bradley is a success even though it has been basically non existent on the export market. you can go down the line of all ifvs really and call them successes. a failure would be something replaced quickly or not even made like the panzer 68 or MBT 70. blanking for ifvs here maybe the Puma could be called a failure?

republicucks keep blocking more aid so the bradley doing well is bittersweet. They should send like 500 of them with another 500 set aside for replacements, not this drip feeding bullshit.

They have to block aid now to save face. They said Russia would win in months and it was all a waste to send anything to Ukraine.

lol you're politically castrated if you think mutt neocons don't want to prolong this conflict as much as possible. maintaining perpetual states of war or security risks is the DoD and defense contractors' bread and butter. sending a lot of military equipment. hence the dripfeed aid.

why are mutts so obsessed with this can of shit? it's a bog standard IFV, it doesn't shit gold nor does it have a tactical nuke. vatBlack folk being shit at war and using ancient cold war surplus or assembly line papie mache vehicles made of cardboard and aluminum doesn't translate to 'success'.

      >bog standard
It has a stabilizer, isn't clip fed, and has integrated ATGMs, none kf which the Warrior has. Does that make the warrior sub-standard?

No, he made perfectly valid points. Chadley is way better than W*rrior or any of the other IFVs.

If, at some point, they fix the software issues of the Puma, then yes. But not cost-wise. Lynx maybe but it's too new to judge.
