Well, the truth is they are really Nazis. More precisely, radical nationalists.
These guys are a consequence of the fact that in 2000-2010 there was an active persecution of nationalists by the state. They were literally skinheads with the slogan Russia for Russians.
And then many fled to Ukraine.
By the way, they have never supported the annexation of Crimea or other territories, but for completely different reasons. They simply recognize the existence of such a nation as a Ukrainian and therefore if Russia is for Russians, then Ukraine is for Ukrainians.

you are a retard >MIG of Russia >Ukrainian channels publish videos of dead Russian border guards at the border crossing in the Belgorod region. >Unfortunately, it doesn't look like a fake at all. >11,2K 12:52
Some of them are blurred out, some are not. Most likely the ones that are blurred out have family in Russia who could be threatened / want to be able to go back and live in Russia after the war if they lose, and the ones who aren't blurred out, their family is living outside of Russia (e.g. in Ukraine) & they don't plan to live in Russia after the war unless they win.
>want to be able to go back and live in Russia after the war if they lose
Their leader said in interview that is not really an option. People joining should understand clearly its either win, or forget about returning. Family yes possible reason.
>tfw missed my chance to connect with the white rex guys when they were branching out to Europe
Shame, didn't really hear too good things about Nikitin though
Why they have long awaited the liberation of bilhorod peoples republic. Dont be silly, everyone knows everything, the ass is in the ass. >Verification not required.
problem here is what majority of russians dont want to be free from putins regime or even end this embarassing war, too scared, too brainwashed, those guys can rush all the way into belgorord but they wont really find much support. just like when rus sf retards on tigrs tried to "liberate" kharkiv and were met with tank fire instead of flowers. looks like minor trolling event to me
Majority of Belgorodians are just sticking their heads in the dirt and bootlick whoever the local authority is.
Also it was the army firing tanks in Kharkiv. If the army is gone/dead, no one will fire with tanks. Warfare 101
I think that's the danger for Russia though. Because the vast majority of the population is so politically apathetic, they'll accept any authority as long as it means they can continue to live out there lives as normal. So if the RVC or RL rock up and the FSB or Rosgvrdia can't BTFO them, the local population will just accept them as the new bosses now.
It's exactly opposite.
Looks like Ukraine can't start action against Russian territory thus enabling very comfortable position of one way border. Russians don't need force to guard this thousand kilometers border against Ukrainian military ut Ukraine must have reserves along this line, as Rusians can make new attack through border as they please. But now Russians concentrated pretty much entire land force on the small Donbass front.
Ukraine is interested in the moving war to Russia but they are held back bu Western allies.
Russian separatists is a way to circumvent such limitations. "It's Russian internal unrest".
>be the peer adversary of the US and possess the second greatest army in the world >a bunch of partisans threaten to rush your nuclear arsenal
Can't make this shit up.
Realistically... I assume they're making arrangements now to evacuate the warheads, or at least sabotage them so as to render them inoperational. They would never allow the nukes to be taken, and all they have to do is shoot a few holes in it or blow it up with explosives.
Reminder that this is the country that somehow just lost hundreds, if not thousands of nuclear fuel units in the wilderness:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lia_radiological_accident
>he country that almost had a sub reactor melt down because they didnt pay the electricity bills. only armed soldiers storming the suppliers saved them from disaster
So am I understanding this right? A bunch of dissident Russians who hate Putin just yolo'd over the border in tanks and slaughtered the vatnik border guards in Belgorod?
Seems like it. I guess it presents Russian leadership with dilemma.
1) Pull troops form south to prevent these raids, diluting the defense before the Ukrainian counter attack.
2) Try to explain Belgorodians why there is a banderamobile doing donuts in front of the city hall and nobody is preventing it.
It's shifting of the Overtone window. Normalisation of the attacks against Russian territory. Do it abruptly and on the big scale and it may rise some eyebrows. But by slowly boiling frog it starts to look as normal everyday business without alarm.
Because this is meant to force Russia to shove a bunch of troops on the massive land border, unless they want a couple of brigades to rush Kursk during the actual offensive.
>the Bilhorod People's Republic meme became reality
What even is this timeline. However surely there is no way this isn't a false flag, right? The part about having skirmishes at the border is realistic (are you really gonna let artillery target you from Russia and not do anything just because it's technically Russian soil). But the whole calling for a referendum and doing roman salutes while attacking, along with the timing, seems awfully convenient for the muscovites
I'm not really sure how convenient it is for Moscow
Going for a full war declaration isn't really going to help them and having their soil invaded distracts from their one and only moral victory at Bakhmut
This is actually worse, places around Ukraine will be in total fucking panic mode. Because of the whole "WHOLE OF HATO" narative they have been pedling and seing a litteral fucking invasion up north will scare the shit out of them >Verification not required.
western goodwill relies on Ukraine not extending beyond their borders (at least not beyond clear military targets within firing range of it). Ukraine is about to receive jets and a whole lot of other shit and this one little regiment is probably not going to make any significant gains in Belgorod anyway
I don't think that's true. Mainly, we stipulate that Ukraine shouldn't use OUR weapons to attack past the border. I don't really see what the big deal about Ukraine occupying Russian territory (if it can do so, and if it is strategically advantageous) when Russia invaded first. Morally speaking, there would be nothing wrong with it, and I'm not even sure that nukes would fly if they took Moscow - the Russian nuclear use policy stipulates that, aside from as a reaction to incoming ballistic missiles or nuclear attack against Russia, Russia will only use nuclear weapons if the survival or the state or its nuclear strike capability are at risk. Moscow is a very important city, but it is not the Russian state, nor do they (probably) have the only nuclear launch button in Russia.
Anyway, that is wishful thinking, because Ukraine will obviously not try and push to Moscow. That wouldn't work. At the most extreme we could possibly hope to see them take a few border towns. That'd be pretty wild. They could form the basis for a DMZ after the war.
I'm sure that the Ukes' NATO allies know all about and have OK'd all of their plans in advance, so if it's a Russian false-flag they can deny it and if it IS an Ukie ploy then it's not going to change anything
If it's separatists attacking without Ukrainian permission using weapons they were given then that'd probably the worst situation for western goodwill
That is what my gut says, but when I think about it there's no way in hell this would possibly be a good thing for Russia. So, what, now there's a chance they'll lose their own territory? Publicizing the rebels does Putin no good, it might just inspire uprisings. And they will obviously have to be seen to respond to the threat, so they must divert troops to reinforce the area, taking men away from the front. I simply do not see what Russia has to gain from doing this.
>they can prevent western weapons support to Ukraine (waa waa evil hato weapons targeting Russian civilians) >they can formally declare der totalen krieg >they can mobilize another 200k poor fucking churkas from dagestan
1. As long as they don't have direct evidence of such, I don't think western leaders will care. And they wouldn't fall for such a ridiculous trick anyway. All it takes is for the CIA to say, "yeah this is a false flag don't buy it" and I suspect most of the west will trust that it is a trick.
2. I'm pretty sure this is just about as total of a war Russia can fight. If they mobilize 5 million men and throw them on the front line armed with nothing but rusty Mosin-Nagants, it will change nothing, assuming those ancient stockpiles of guns haven't been totally sold off. Russian war production is a joke, they have no more money to pour into it and it would just be stolen even if they did. They are going just about as all-in as they can at this point, I think.
>>they can prevent western weapons support to Ukraine
They can't >they can formally declare der totalen krieg
They already could do it every single time >they can mobilize another 200k poor fucking churkas from dagestan
They mobilized 300k without any pretense, why would they need one for 200k?
>they can prevent western weapons support to Ukraine (waa waa evil hato weapons targeting Russian civilians)
My dude half the White population in the West would actually support giving Ukraine even MORE weapons if they actually used them to target Russian civilian centres, at this point, due to just how barbaric the Russians have been and how much the Russian civilian population has supported their military's war crimes.
>they can prevent western weapons support to Ukraine
How exactly? >they can formally declare der totalen krieg
What would that change? >they can mobilize another 200k poor fucking churkas from dagestan
Good luck having a 200k unmotivated mobiks that don't want to go to a war.
I wonder about the people living there. Are they turbo-fatalistic or did they just trust what the TV tells them? If you're that close to the border, why not move in with relatives until the war blows over?
It would be a good idea. Russia will not deviate from its course of trying to dig its feet in and send wave after wave of men to hold the front and advance extremely slowly while praying for a miracle/that the war will go on for so long that their inch-per-week crawl will eventually reach Kyiv. If Ukraine can take a Russian city and say, "we will give this back in exchange for all our land", this is one way negotiations can restart. Russia will not give up without receiving something, and Ukraine refuses to give any of its own land. As all of us HOI4 generals know, the way to make the enemy surrender is to occupy their cities. Then, if they can pose a credible threat in the counteroffensive, and show off their new Western weapons, perhaps they can convince Russia that the attack will succeed and that they ought to simply give up and spare the soldiers' lives. This way, victory can be had without bloodshed. But I doubt they will agree to that deal.
>20 vatnik
i know people have co-ooted vatnik to mean Russian, but vatnik means Kremlin supporter (or more specifically a person who believes in all Kremlin propaganda unquestioningly)
>This is just stupid, did russia seriously have nothing more than few border guards there?
Yes, the entirety of the Russian border not currently engaged in the war is lightly defended because they aren't expecting Ukraine to go in for political reasons.
I'm pretty sure they've got more people on the Belarussian border in case their fuckwit puppet gets couped and they need to go in and save him.
Belgorod itself has way more troops though because it's a staging area for deployments and supplies into the NE of Ukraine.
> "Sir, Belgorod has fallen. Shall I bring you the nuclear briefcase?" > Hmm... well, it's our territory... it should be okay to use a nuke here... those guys were all traitors anyway so fuck em... finally time to show the world we aren't fucking around, this is what happens to our enemies! > Press button > ICBM TEL in Moscow launches missile > Missile pancakes into an apartment building with no further damage because the nukes have not been properly maintained and do not function any more > Entire world realizes the Emperor has no clothes and just tried to nuke his own people

>Turns out everyone here saying Russia was actually defenseless due to their huge focus on offense was correct.
This has literally been true the whole fucking war. They had to dismantle their defenses in Kharkiv to feed the Sievierodonetsk offensive. They've got just enough people to hold the line against current resistance everywhere and nothing else. That's why whenever Ukraine's turned up the heat, Russia's collapsed.

Smaller. Even if Russia ditched the caucasian regions and everything east of the Urals it would still be a huge country with a large population.
Actually, European Russia with the soviet remnants purged would be a pretty good addition to the EU.
>European Russia with the soviet remnants purged
If you promise to not intervene again we would gladly help.
moron if they were Tsarists they would've used the tsarist flag not this thin blue line flag. Still they're probably just Holhols you saying that they're Russian Nazis just means you fell for a Ukrainian false flag, how does it feel?
theyre the good guys then.
unless you wanna side with women raping mongolians? i remember when that exact characterization was considered revisionist and anti russian and ''not grounded in reality'' lel.
>women raping mongolians
Slavic women really are brutal
>be some pan-faced persian-cat-looking peasant chilling in your yurta
>hear a commotion outside

>they say they're here for that BBC (big buryat cock), and won't take no for an answer
>they are clearly in slavic rape-heat
I remember one /int/? screencap about some russian dude saying that his mom who was with the Russian army in Chechnya raped some teenage boys and that he could be the some of some poor Chechen dude.
shit, that would be the weirdest experience learning that. Imagine if your mother told you you were a rape-baby, and that she was the one doing the raping.

>Nazis
In Russia it's basically a throwaway term for "anyone not sucking off the current regime".
It's born from the fact that they fought Nazis once and everyone was totally okay with working together over that.
Flying a swastika in Russia is on par with burning the stars and stripes in the states in terms of the statement it's trying to make.
The one person you tend to hate more than your most fervent detractors are your direct competition. Nazis, pinkos, and simps for ethno-nationalist dictatorship are always living rent free in each others heads because they compete for the following of the same caste of jilted antisocial losers who blame society for their own deficiencies.
>Flying a swastika in Russia is on par with burning the stars and stripes in the states

>Legion are unironically Russian nationalists, anon.
That's the Russian Volunteer Corps, Free Russia Legion is some enigmatic organization that might be a halfassed pr stunt by the ukie spooks that appeals to the liberal russkies by embracing the anti-war movement's white-blue-white flag, because RVC aren't even nationalist, but outright neo-nazis.
Don’t try to sanitize this, they are nazis, nazis are and always have been the good guys
Evil nazis whose main activity is selling music recorda cooperating with a democratic government in evicting an invading rapehorde from the country's sovereign borders.

Ukraine channels published video with Russian border guards killed at checkpoint in Belgorod region.
Unfortunately, doesn't look like fake.
Why unfortunately?
That sounds like good news.
That's the translation, not Anon's actual words.
It’s referring to the video of dead vatniks at a Russian border crossing and says it’s likely authentic:

Forgot my pic
THERE'S NO PANIC IN BELGOROD
They are based but they are a partisan group, showing their faces is pretty stupid.
Kozinka is the first liberated BNR village!
I imagine the villagers are quite confused right now
Why they have long awaited the liberation of bilhorod peoples republic. Dont be silly, everyone knows everything, the ass is in the ass.
>Verification not required.
Now it should be the new capital of the free Belgorod Republic
problem here is what majority of russians dont want to be free from putins regime or even end this embarassing war, too scared, too brainwashed, those guys can rush all the way into belgorord but they wont really find much support. just like when rus sf retards on tigrs tried to "liberate" kharkiv and were met with tank fire instead of flowers. looks like minor trolling event to me
Majority of Belgorodians are just sticking their heads in the dirt and bootlick whoever the local authority is.
Also it was the army firing tanks in Kharkiv. If the army is gone/dead, no one will fire with tanks. Warfare 101
I think the russians just don't care. They'd rather sit out any potential cataclysm in their basement than getting involved
In all likeliness this has nothing to do with Ukraine, but everything to do with Western glowies havin a laff at the state of the Russia.
So Russia has 2 options: it either decreases its donbass strenght or lets the rebellion grow bigger.
Ok, how credible is that free Russian militia goes for Russian nukes that Russia holds here?
It won't happen, timeline stability is already being strained.
>be the peer adversary of the US and possess the second greatest army in the world
>a bunch of partisans threaten to rush your nuclear arsenal
Can't make this shit up.
wonder what the murican spooks are thinking right now

We don't think. We already know.
And we are cumming.
>fuck, if the actual civil war kicks off, we're gonna have a whole lot of nukes to keep an eye on

>a bunch of partisans threaten to rush your nuclear arsenal
This is literally every video game and movie.
Finally fiction got something right.
I wish Tom Clancy was alive to see this shitshow
Jesus he would die, from it
He'd have committed sudoku some time around the news breaking that Russia didn't have secure comms.
Eh, some of his stories had equally stupid plot points, so he'd probably go "damn, I why didn't I think of that!"
Literally every video game and movie involves subterfuge and an attack from within. This was a fucking border crossing.
You'd get thrown out on your ass for proposing this shit in a writers' room.
Realistically... I assume they're making arrangements now to evacuate the warheads, or at least sabotage them so as to render them inoperational. They would never allow the nukes to be taken, and all they have to do is shoot a few holes in it or blow it up with explosives.
You're assuming competence and personal initiative on Russian troops in the field.
What actually has to happen is an order to do that shit has to make it through a giant chain of command and then the troops have to not bungle it.
Surely they'd have removed the nukes anyway? Why would you store nukes next to an active warzone with known partisan activity?
>its russia
Reminder that this is the country that somehow just lost hundreds, if not thousands of nuclear fuel units in the wilderness:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lia_radiological_accident
>he country that almost had a sub reactor melt down because they didnt pay the electricity bills. only armed soldiers storming the suppliers saved them from disaster
Reminder that Russia sent a bunch of its nuclear guard units to Ukraine.
I just woke up.
So am I understanding this right? A bunch of dissident Russians who hate Putin just yolo'd over the border in tanks and slaughtered the vatnik border guards in Belgorod?
Nah its a false flag, either SBU or FSB agents.

Why didn't they wait for the Uki counter offensive to start????
It would have been the perfect time...unless of course, they are the diversion
>Why didn't they wait for the Uki counter offensive to start????
To distract russian military?
It's shifting of the Overtone window. Normalisation of the attacks against Russian territory. Do it abruptly and on the big scale and it may rise some eyebrows. But by slowly boiling frog it starts to look as normal everyday business without alarm.
Oh nonono zisters, they are using the salami tactics against us.
Because this is meant to force Russia to shove a bunch of troops on the massive land border, unless they want a couple of brigades to rush Kursk during the actual offensive.
This IS the Counter Offensive! All the Russian forces are in Ukraine, meaning there's NO ONE LEFT TO STOP THEM.
THERE IS NO FUCKING WAY
>Why didn't they wait for the Uki counter offensive to start????
waiting for a ukie counter offensive, one can wait a rather long wait
>the Bilhorod People's Republic meme became reality
Because of the whole "WHOLE OF HATO" narative they have been pedling and seing a litteral fucking invasion up north will scare the shit out of them
>Verification not required.
Yet another case of Russian propaganda working against them. Half the vatnigs online are hurting their cause
they be like that yes
western goodwill relies on Ukraine not extending beyond their borders (at least not beyond clear military targets within firing range of it).
They could form the basis for a DMZ after the war.
>because Ukraine will obviously not try and push to Moscow
I simply do not see what Russia has to gain from doing this.
>they can prevent western weapons support to Ukraine (waa waa evil hato weapons targeting Russian civilians)
>they can formally declare der totalen krieg
>they can mobilize another 200k poor fucking churkas from dagestan
nope, they dont need an excuse to do this
since they already did just that
3. See above
>>they can prevent western weapons support to Ukraine
They can't
>they can formally declare der totalen krieg
They already could do it every single time
>they can mobilize another 200k poor fucking churkas from dagestan
Good luck having a 200k unmotivated mobiks that don't want to go to a war.
is Putin gonna nook Bilhorod if it declares independence? serious question
this chopper has been seen dropping decoys in a town in belgorod a bit later.

Note that this is a separate location from the main incursion. Geolocation attempt: 50.79484747331213, 35.64654853203572
I'm loving it.
How many hours do you reckon they have?
Russia has no assets available to do anything about this
Green circles currently have a presence of liberation forces.
I wonder about the people living there. Are they turbo-fatalistic or did they just trust what the TV tells them? If you're that close to the border, why not move in with relatives until the war blows over?
So, he was right when he said Ukraine's plan for the counteroffensive is to occupy Belgorod and use it as a bargaining chip?
But I doubt they will agree to that deal.
russian government doesnt care whatsoever about the lives of its citizens, they'd march them all to their deaths to save face
In the grand scheme of things this is what, 20 vatnik with a tank? Jus embarrasing for Russia but no exactly war changing
>20 vatnik
i know people have co-ooted vatnik to mean Russian, but vatnik means Kremlin supporter (or more specifically a person who believes in all Kremlin propaganda unquestioningly)
> Russia reacts and moves units from frontlines in Ukraine to Belgorod
> AFU counterattacks
Or
> Russia doesn't react
> BNR is liberated
just a little bit of tomfoolery, maybe the perfect time to start some kind counter offensive?
This is just stupid, did russia seriously have nothing more than few border guards there?
The rest was sent to the meat grinder
>This is just stupid, did russia seriously have nothing more than few border guards there?
Yes, the entirety of the Russian border not currently engaged in the war is lightly defended because they aren't expecting Ukraine to go in for political reasons.
I'm pretty sure they've got more people on the Belarussian border in case their fuckwit puppet gets couped and they need to go in and save him.
Belgorod itself has way more troops though because it's a staging area for deployments and supplies into the NE of Ukraine.

Zgraya means "flock", which is another possible interpretation
hold on, did you say cossacks?
ancient Ukrainian land confirmed
It unironically was Ukrainian until 1918.
wtf I had no idea
Almost all lands near the border had been speaking ukrainian just 100 years ago. Surely more ukrainian than Crimea at that time. But many people died in WW2, and many simply assimilated into russian. Now no one in Ukraine truly consider these lands "theirs".
*Surely they were more ukrainian

New bantz just dropped
THERE IS NO PANIC IN BELGOROD, THEY WERE MOBILIZED THERE
TWO MORE WEEKS FELLOW ZIGGERS TRUST THE PLAN
Just a random thought: I guess the shootdown of helis and planes over the russian territory makes sense now. It’s a perfect deterrent against them using their air force in the current situation
Turns out everyone here saying Russia was actually defenseless due to their huge focus on offense was correct. They sent everyone with a pulse to the front and left nothing for defense.
Easy thing to forget.
Next stop: Yekaterinburg!
I feel like there is nothing off the table anymore in terms of silly shit.can you imagine the kind of shit we are going to laugh about in a week or a month?
Actually laughed out loud
Russian military created a trap for Ukrainian saboteurs in Belgorod region & allowed them to go to the Grayvoronsky district in order to eliminate them there.
Is it typically this easy to just go over the border of the country (2nd army of the world) that's invading you
I'm pretty sure it's not supposed to be.
If the Russian people weren't so broken they might have a few questions about this. Maybe we'll get some Girkin doomposts at least.
we did
All part of the plan
LOL THE CIVIES LEFT ON THEIR OWN POWER

I’m able to extrapolate from this that rusian nukes have been seized as well as several towns
the fucking cope holy shit
>there is no evacuation
Isn't this bad? I'm fairly confident that any Western country would evacuate their border towns if they got invaded by supposed literal nazis
russian leadership doesn't give a single fuck about its people
Ah, but if they'd evacuated the civilians, it would have been obvious it was a trap. Russian military is genius.
God vatniks are literally insane.
>Literally assclenchingposting
It's over, isn't it?
I love how history repeats.
Mi-8 crushed near Belgorod
This seems too good to be true. Perhaps it's a false flag by the Russians to justify total mobilization or something.
does it though? the russians have proven themselves to be retarded and buck broken
I inherently mistrust anything said by Russians, even the Free Russians. For all I know, this part of the 'Russian Volunteer Corps' is run by the non-free Russian FSB.
Man I don't even know what the ass is doing anymore.
What truly matters is where it is.
BTW fun fact: Russian media right now report that is "Ukrainian sabotage and reconnaissance group"
Russian separatism and Russian hecking Nazis are ABSOLUTE TABOO to mention in media.

Merely the voice of oppressed Belgorodians who seek their own nation. Those little green men are obeying the will of the people. Soon there will be a totally legitimate referendum on whether Belgorod should be an independent people's republic.
