>Power outage in almost all of Belgorod.
>In some areas there is no water. Local sources specify that no explosions were heard. Unverified sources report a "bright flash" and fire at the substation.
What weapons can cause this?

I blame the eternal smoker.
I wouldn't worry about it
Some kind of explosive
there is no need to panic, it was just a mobilised LNR/LPR substation
I wouldn't worry about it.
What did they mean by this?
It's good to see they didn't waste any time adopting Russian culture in the occupied Donbas
While giving birth to a new Donbabwean frontovik is truly a blessed event, it should not take place at the glorious watering hole sponsored by Russia. Most importantly the town bucket was unharmed.
>Life in the DPR
>Collecting spring water where someone took a shit because you have no functional plumbing
I can certainly see why this was worth starting a war over to live in such luxury
VGH.. THE SHARTPONDS OF DOMMBVVABVVE..
Good morning sirs
I just started new job and the Indian accents are killing me
Please sir to be doing the needful okay
Sorry bros I really had to go
I was in African villages where taking water from the pond was such a distant memory that even asking about that time would probably be deemed offensive.
Designated shitting spring.
Good morning sir, we are the Indian volunteers fighting for russia!
Ukrop biological warfare, there will be consequences!
This is enough evidence that the "genocide of russians in Dombass" would have been a mercy kill
Russia couldn't give Dombabwe running water in 8 years, but they are already rebuilding Mariupol, trust me guys.
Sabotage most likely, the bright light is an arc flash
Graphite bomb.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Graphite_bomb
There is no panic
Cable thrown over the lines at the substation can be some wild times
But I would never do this because its very unsafe
Russian infrastructure is shit. Out of all smoking incidents this one is most likely to be done by moronic hands of Russians
Graphite bombs, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Graphite_bomb
Would explain why there were no explosions where heard but flashes and fires started, knocking out the electric network
Never knew this was a thing, pretty clever. If you do it often enough, you can can do prolonged damage. There was a huge ice storm that caused power lines to go down some years ago across the US Midwest, so many transformers were destroyed that it took 2 weeks for a replacement to be brought in to the apartment complex I lived in.
That was country-wide. In 2014, ironically as this shit storm started up, we had one reach down to Georgia and it cut us from power for 2 weeks as well. I lived off a kerosene heater for everything and it was actually kind of comfy not worrying about all the other normal shit.
Neat, I too had no idea this was a thing though it makes total sense. That'd definitely be a fun armament to supply the Ukrainians, and fit well, very focused with low to zero collateral damage yet quite effective against primitive russian shit.
Just guessing based on the videos, but my best guess is an attack like this.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Metcalf_sniper_attack
The power grid is extremely vulnerable. Even simple snipers can take out the power grid by targeting the transformers. Even if you look at entire countries, there are not many of these transformers. And they take a long time to manufacture.
Russia has already targeted Ukrainian substations, I hope they sent in some guys to wreck them back.
if this happens in the winter the russians will act like such victims. god damn i hate them all so much
