They don't care about destroying civilian apartments and easting missiles like the Russians. Apparently they target military hubs, electric plants and army fuel stations.
The west is looking at them so they cannot start full genociding even they would be fully justified to do so.

its difficult to hit artillery hidden inside a apartments. just waiting to see what Roman Berdnikov does. he has a history of shelling everything then moving mobile infrantry up followed by artillery.

Not just Belgorod. The Krasnodar and Anapa airports have been closed to civioian traffic since this shitshow started too. Probably Rostov as well.

what air defense system do you think it is getting destroyed? s-300?

      Anonymous

yeah seems like it. they havent moved their s400s to the frontline. I think that cloud is just the backblast from the s300. there isnt black smoke from burning petrol products but white from the propellants.

        >they havent moved their s400s to the frontline
Didn't they move an S-400 to Kherson in order to counter HIMARS and it completely failed?

          Anonymous

no they Haven't used them. those were the s-200 and s-300. they are keeping the s-400 away from foriegn intelligence. but HIMARS achievements are over exaggerated. when they work theyre okay but mostly used by mercenaries. but they have to get sent leaveand to get fixed so there are about 5-7 HIMARS operational in Ukraine at any given time.

              >mostly used by mercenaries
Countless videos of Ukrainians operating the HIMARS with nary a foreigner in sight.
              >they have to get sent leaveand to get fixed so there are about 5-7 HIMARS operational in Ukraine at any given time.
              That was the PzH 2000.

I think maybe your English is not so good and you are confusing weapons systems because of that.

there were only 16 HIMARS sent to Ukraine. Ukraine doesn't have the logistics or mechanics to service them. so they have to get sent leaveand for repairs and service. given that there were no HIMARS in Ukraine Before the war and it takes 4-5months of training for mobile artillery. it stands to reason that mercenaries are using them and training crews. 5-7 is a generous estimate because of the average time between repairs for a tri Axel truck is 3 weeks even without the hot backblast. it takes 4 years for a proper military to adopt a new system into the normal training and maintenance.

                >schizo rambling
                someone already addressed these points
                >there were no HIMARS in Ukraine Before the war and it takes 4-5months of training for mobile artillery
you may have missed the months of this where no HIMARS were in Ukraine and crews were being trained out of the country, because you're moronic. NATO countries have been taking in and training ukies by the thousands since even before the invasion began and stepped up efforts since then. in addition, training can obviously be expedited in a crisis.
                >it takes 4 years for a proper military to adopt a new system into the normal training and maintenance.
you're setting the bar at "complete supply chain and full integration" whereas what Ukraine is actually doing is putting everything they can get their hands on into service and relying on partners for logistical and maintenance support, which you yourself admitted so I don't see any reason to be this moronic. so far, Ukrainians have been able to keep their HIMARS in service with field repairs and teleconferencing for support. obviously, they'd need to send them back for capital repair. no evidence that has even happened yet, certainly not at 50%+ of the fleet, and if it did we'd likely just send replacements.

you should remember that the war started in febuary and not may when Ukrainians were getting shipped into countries for training.

anyway 5-7 Himars being operational is generous given their logistics problem and there havent been any new shipments of himars.

                >anyway 5-7 Himars being operational is generous given their logistics problem
if you pull numbers out of your ass and just say "logistics problems" without describing the actual issue because your entire argument relies on making vague assertions, sure
                >muh months of training
                >Ukraine pushed for months to obtain the weapons, and the administration of President Joe Biden announced the decision to provide them on May 31.
                >But at the time, the Pentagon said it would take some three weeks to train teams to operate them, and another two weeks for maintenance.
                >"What we decided to do, in coordination with the Ukrainians, was to build one platoon at a time," Milley said, noting that they will have a battery in a few weeks, and that the program will build up from there.
aka, they got expedited training in order to be combat effective in the minimum time possible. likely a combination of cutting out training for systems and scenarios that weren't relevant or couldn't be provided, along with a hyperactive schedule.

They still got btfo so they declared all these elections void, went ham with purges and arrests and reheld the elections to make sure they won the second time around.
