I think it was last year when I stumbled upon a possible occult site. PrepHole insisted that a tended-to oak tree in the middle of a man made clearing on an abandoned forest road isn’t abnormal at all, and called me a schizo for even mentioning it.
Where did you find the star? If it’s on a popular hiking spot I wouldn’t put much into it. Someone left it there because they thought it looked cool. You probably didn’t find it far removed from everything else; the only people going out that far are outdoor enthusiasts, and not people who would take something like this just to leave it behind. But just off the beaten path enough to be hidden, yet close enough to be accessible by normies? Yeah, you found something.
Anon, some believe that the book of Acts is referring to the hexagram when it mentions the “star of Remphan,” a false god worshipped by ancient Isrealites. It’s a hexagram, as well as an actual star in the sky (the Isrealites were rejected by god and told to worship the sun, moon, and stars). It’s also the mark on Moloch’s forehead, and anyone who’s browsed /misc/ in the last decade has heard of Moloch.
>The world is not as fantastical as you think it is.
you had to go through 2 water crossings (by car), past a gate that's closed most of the year, and to the very end of a dirt road to get to the cursed potential star of remaphan. It's not just like right off the main highway.

Based. Being scared of ghosts and mumbo jumbo is for low IQ cowards. Pic related is me exploring a “haunted” mausoleum.

Holy frick the quality of that photo is shit, looks like a frickin oil painting.
Obviously you don’t remember it that well. I’m neither a /misc/tard nor a super devout Christian. I found something odd in the woods, shared it, and was told that there’s absolutely nothing strange about an oak tree planted and supported by guy lines in the middle of a man made open field surrounded by dense forests on a long-abandoned forest road.
>I don't know what this is, >it must be important to the plot I'm a main character in!
A life of consooming too much cheap genre fiction in the form of poorly written tv, movies and videogames has completely fricked up your sense of reality.
Where did you even get that? Read my post again: I found something that looked strange and shared it. That’s literally it. Get out of your own head; it’s a symptom of schizophrenia.

Sunshine hurts when you keep yourself in the dark doesn't it.
Also, stop projecting your mental illness on others.

There isn’t. Who was the landowner? Many forests are hardwood deficient these days due to years of being managed for commercial softwood timber. I work as a restoration forester for a public agency and often prescribe 1/2 to 2 acre gap cuts, which are then replanted with hardwoods at a low TPA because they tend to be intolerant of shade. Not weird for someone to come across one of my gaps at the end of a logging road with like 2 maple trees stuck in the center of it.
>which are then replanted with hardwoods at a low TPA because they tend to be intolerant of shade
Wot ?
I don't know what type of forest you're restoring (aspen ?) but that's the opposite of my usual beech-dominated deciduous woodland. Beech, oaks, sycamores don't mind shade.

PNW, so bigleaf maple mostly (Acer macrophylum). It is moderately shade intolerant. It can grow in the understory, but to achieve the branching structure we want open is better.
>who’s the land owner?
It’s public land. When I say “forest road,” I mean a literal “forest service road,” as in a road that was built by the US Forest Service. >they replant trees to replenish the forest
Well they’d better plant more than just one, right?
>I mean a literal “forest service road,”
Then probably some sort of restoration work. >Well they’d better plant more than just one, right?
Not necessarily. My gap openings can have anywhere from 1 to 20 trees. They get grown at a low density to get them to grow faster and branch out in all directions, which wildlife really likes for building nests and stuff.

HOW FRICKING DARE YOU, I AM A DESCIPLE OF GOD YOU APOCRYPHIC PIECE OF SHIT, YOU SCORN THE WORDS OF THE FAITHFUL YOU FILTH, MAKE LIKE ABSALOM AND SQUANDER YOUR GIFTS AND BE CUT DOWN!
I find little shrines and artworks and pagan shit in the forest all the time. It doesn't bother me but I make sure NOT TO TOUCH IT AND NOT FRICK WITH IT because I'm not trying to accrue bad ju-ju.
>wat do?
take your meds.
Cut it down and to the world a favour.
Isn't that just the star of David from another perspective

at the very end of a seasonally gated public forest road
I believe the star of Remphan is Saturn.
lmao I remember your thread. Take meds. leave. The world is not as fantastical as you think it is. You are not some Jesus warrior. Frick off.
