Go on vacation in the US and bring home a dozen. A buddy did that years ago. If your country doesn't regulate mags it aint no problem at all. Just put them into your regular luggage (not the carry-on) and call it a day.

Pretty sure europe isnt the problem its more with US export laws and how strict they are. Thats why you pay 2.6k+ for something like a DD MK18 here. Because only big wholesalers can import guns here and then sell them down to retailers. Companies like brownells and a few others. And of course they are going to abuse the shit out of it. Aside from that 30 rounders are now restricted in europe because of the new laws that came into effect in 2021. Even if your country doesn't follow those restrictions it still affects import to some extent afaik.

Pretty sure every EU country has to make +20 mags permit only because of France and their muslims .

Pretty much. Its a new EU wide law that individual countries can write exceptions to. Some countries make it super easy or even free to just get that exception for that EU law and then you can buy the mags just like you could before.

          >Pretty sure every EU country has to make +20 mags permit only because of France and their Muslims .
That's wrong. The new gun law directive is just a suggestion for each country to adopt. We've got no magazine restrictions in Poland

Yeah, I think I remember you from back then. Feels nice to see other oldgays around here. I've been here since 2007-ish. Feels like a fricking eternity.

Some of them are still around. It's been a while but I think Boof still pops in every now and then. Pretty safe bet that most of the old ones still browse occasionally.

            Don't forget, you're here forever.

I have 10 of them, the only thing I’ve noticed is that when full they don’t like seating on closed bolt, if you download them 1 round it’s not an issue, otherwise, no issues with them

    >plastic mags

You kids are moronic. These are overpriced range mags.

I wouldn't trust them for duty or HD use but they're good range mags. I've got some that I use regularly for 3 years and they've ran flawlessly.
Try to snag them when they're less than $10.

time for some moron to point out some freak failure and say no you need the other mags that also have some freak failures sometimes and if you have these reddit mags you wont make it despite the fact that nobody here will ever live out their fantasies of dying in a firefight with federal agents

Why the frick doesn't someone buy Surefeed who isn't gonna shut it down?

The company isn't going under they are just focusing on making medical equipment instead. They don't have a massive miltiary contract anymore so it doesn't make sense for them to keep making them.

so sell the brand to someone who will keep making them, that's my point
the brand itself is very valuable I would imagine, everyone who uses those mags loves them

I was in a thread a few months ago and someone in the industry (grain of salt) said an ammo manufacturer was in talks to buy the equipment but not use the name and the deal fell through because of that.

            Anonymous

lol that fricking sucks but there's no point in buying a brand if you're not gonna use the name
I don't see why there aren't a plethora of companies trying to jump on this

I'm sure it was more complicated than that, but as others have said, that brand recognition is something you can't get with advertising.

I only have a few, no problems so far. My LGS pushes them really hard so the margins must be good.
