Patton was firmly upper class and had just about everything handed to him because of nepotism and the sheer upward mobility that comes with being a US military officer at the time. Overall he was a somewhat competent commander that knew how to play a persona and that innured him to not only the cameras but to the dipshit pencil pushers in army bureacracy.
You want someone that actually worked hard for their achievements look at eisenhauer. motherfricker grew up with a dirt floor and was one of the few people that Patton knew not to frick with through all the hissyfits he’d throw in WWII- mostly because Ike knew Patton on a personal level and they got along nicely, but also because Ike wasn’t afraid to let him know that he’d knock Patton down from a commander to a plain propaganda piece if he didnt fricking behave.
Overall though I’d say MacArthur was the worst general in WWII.

>do many people attend motion-picture theatres
I assume yes since this is a sort of broad and shallow list and if movies were obscure at the time most of the soldiers wouldn't even know what you're talking about.
>Are empires inclosed in envelopes?
That sounds like someone trying to be clever with metaphors or idioms. I assume they mean it literally though, so no.
>Do imbeciles usually hold responsible offices?

Worse, you become a Marine.
You get assigned to dig trenches for 12 hours a day.

>Do you approve of ruthless massacres?
How would you feel if you didn't eat breakfast yesterday?
I've never understood this one, who would still be upset about skipping a meal over 24 hours ago? I've eaten three more since then. Skipping breakfast yesterday wouldn't make me feel anything at all.
The answer is that your likely feel hungry, since you hadn't eaten.
Nothing to do with happiness, anger or such feelings.
After yesterday's breakfast I should've had at least 2 meals, why should I feel hungry? Is this a question I'm not American enough to understand?
yes
But I did eat breakfast yesterday.
>Do imbeciles usually hold responsible offices?
