You have it all wrong. The nightmare is going to exist inside the shelters. Those inside are going to be ruled over by an iron fist and abused by the gangs that seize the supplies. The world on the outside is going to be harsh in some areas, but peaceful. Nature will grow over and hide the scars from those inside the bunkers. An entire generation is going to be spent inside those bunkers. They will emerge weak and ignorant.

It won't matter, cobalt bombs render these things meaningless, you die either way just takes you a little longer in a shelter. Earth becomes totally uninhabitable for hundreds of years

This isn't fricking fallout, no one has a large enough supply of upper atmosphere nukes to cause "HUNDREADS of years of chaos".
No one in their right mind would detonate one there anyway, lol Jetstream.

      Anonymous

Co-60's hard to produce in a detonation, even if doped, and only salts areas near the fallout sites. Bioaccumulation's low compared to the damage caused by the betas and the gammas are in a MeV range they're more likely to just punch through you instead of getting scattered and absorbed. You'd have to scavenge and reprocess nuclear waste, which would be more hazzardous to the dudes developing, building and using them than using them could ever be. Dirty bombs are a meme, started by Greenpeace. Dispersal testing from the 50's to the 70's reflect this.

Are all these nuclear posts a way for you guys to bait me specifically? You already know I love it here.

They can't stop nukes and mirvs because you as rightwingers oppose the nationalization of any production, manufacturing, R&D. You insist everything is privatized. So when they tax you, they have to give your tax dollars to rich private companies in order to build any sort of military at all.

This is your system as rightwingers. This is your system you support as "libertarians". You don't get to turn around and complain about it after. You do because that's part of your political propaganda but you don't get to in any real and legitimate sense

Classic sperging at a strawman post. You stupid Black folk always treat the little people the same as the lobbyists and tards who decide the laws and game the rules in the first place. Then you just decide you're just too brilliant to be understood when people call you on you shit. No, you're just moronic.

I live five miles from the Boneyard where The US military keeps nearly all their extra airplanes, I'm not going to survive a nuclear war. It's a fairly high priority target. Given that it's Tucson it might actually be an improvement.

to get welfare you have to let uncle sam know where you live. during 2010 a census taker was found hanging from a tree somewhere in the mountains, an innocent guy, but he made the mistake of representing uncle sam and got his due. appalachia is one of the few places in this country that is truly ungovernable and thus free, even if it seems like a shithole to outsiders.

We'll thrive on the surface while they hide like little rats in their caves, succumbing to equipment failure, political infighting and their inability to have capable kids in an environment devoid of sunlight and allergens. Don't worry about it. Politicians are morons who don't understand shit about nuclear energy, it's why we can't get a repository funded.
