Are those the suicide drones that have the stukka air sirens? Those are pretty sweet for the pure psychological torture.

Think it's their engine that makes the noise. Not any added siren. Seen RUAG Ranger flying about pretty far up and it sounds similar. But yeah same vibes as stukas or V-1.

Its just a 2 stroke engine, Ukies are getting in fights with people using chainsaws in Kiev to cut wood to survive the winter because they sound just like the drones.

larger budget yet we don't have air defence, no tanks, no jets, also lacking in artillery firepower. The Belarussians would mop the floor with Lithuania in a 1-1 conflict.

It has been Kiev for my whole life until this year. Lots of cities have different names between countries. Vienna, Brussels, Moscow etc. If a load of Italians told me I had to call it Roma, not Rome, I'd laugh at them.

Where the frick did I say that? I'm not in favor of Russia, and I'm not a /misc/tard.
Changing the way it is spelled is not owning the Russians. It's just a silly attempt to signal group status. And the way people are talking to me proves it right. They've taken a perfectly fine transliteration (Kiev) and turned it into signifier if group status. And for what? Is it helping anybody win the war? Is it helping the self-esteem of Ukrainians?
Demanding that other countries change spellings is just b***h behavior. I'm going to keep spelling it Turkey, not Turkiye, and I'm going to keep spelling it Kiev, not Kyiv.
If Russians told us we have to call it Moskva, I would tell them to go frick themselves, because it's Moscow.

Would you send them if China or Russia invades? Because from the US perspective, it's never really been about who is being attacked, but rather who is doing the attacking - the traditionally hostile nuclear state that claims itself to be the successor of America's biggest existential threat and enemy.
If you don't see why it's a good idea to have American weapons, which were designed and manufactured for the purpose of killing Russians, given away to Ukraine so that they could kill Russians, then you're a complete and utter moron. >A temple is later built there, and the settlement becomes known as Ara Ubiorum ("the Shrine of the Ubii").
        >Aggripinia, the granddaughter of the general Marcus Vipsanius Agrippa who founded the settlement, convinces her husband to make her birthplace a city to increase the inhabitants legal rights and boost its status. It's renamed Colonia Claudia Ara Agrippinensium ("Colony of the Emperor Claudius and the Shrine of the Agrippina Dynasty").
        >Eventually, the name is shortened to just Colonia Agrippina because ain't nobody got time for that shit.
        >The locals had always just called it The City, and after a while, the simply name "Colonia" starts appearing on maps.
        >Rome falls, the barbarians move back in, and Germanify Colonia as "Köln".
        >The German Frankish tribe conquers Roman Gaul which becomes known as the Land of the Franks, then Francia, and finally France. Frankish gradually merges with late-Roman Vulgar Latin and some surviving Celtic language influences to form proto-French.
        >Hundreds of years later, a Norman duke invades Ængleland and the town becomes known by the French version of Köln, Cologne.
        >Meanwhile, the inhabitants of the actual city, who speak a dialect of German called Kölsch, call the place Kölle.
        >Regional dialects slowly die out and by 2022, only a quarter of the people in Kölle speak Kölsch, the other 75% are Standard High German speakers. Now, the locals call it by the original German name, Köln.

Don't think anybody is delusional enough to think Ukraine hasn't had losses. Most people here don't care. The ones that do care are comforted knowing they died protecting their homes and families from misguided and tricked serfs on the orders of King israelite Putin.

I did have a thought yesterday though, I support Ukraine because they are the underdogs and while I'd love for the old Empire's to reclaim their rightful clay I know it isn't the 19th century any more so this kind of land grab isn't on. UK bombing non-industrial areas in 44 and 45 didn't work either. Granted there was nothing alternative to bomb because the American's were doing the manufacturing shit (one could argue doing night/day raids so they could never get it working would have been a better use) but only once did the Germans ever come close to cracking either. After Dresden (which was due to corruption and mismanagement, not the evil Anglos like the Germans claim and even the Germans' numbers are much lower than the propaganda numbers people spout) there was a belief that had the British done that two or three more times elsewhere over the next week, Germany would have cracked. Instead Churchill banned that kind of bombing again because he was shocked. This gave the Germans time to recover and deal with the shock. So unironically the fear for civilian deaths and damage to historical cities prevented the war being over a lot sooner in Europe because the UK got disgusted with themselves.

When American fought the second battle of Fallujah, a city of at least 275,000 plus people, the city at most suffered 800 and likely a bit more civilian losses.

The Dresden bombing being overly cruel is a Sovjet mythos invented to shit on the evil western imperialists. Hamburg, Köln, etc. were bombed much more severely, yet Dresden (which was under Sovjet control after WW2) became the poster child of cruel bomb raids.

Lukashenko's regime hangs on it's fingernails, it's ripe for toppling, there's no way he'd willingly go into Ukraine.

if Russia somehow pushes him into invading, the goal wouldn't be Ukraine itself, but destabilization of Belarus that would allow taking control over it's territory under the guise of some assistance, restoring order, and all of that.
