The caliber thing has been dropped a few years ago and the self-defense laws are decent now.
not really
we had a limitation for 9mm because as per law "we can't use warlike calibres" meaning we have weapons in .223 but not 5.56, .308 but not 7.62, 9x21 but not 9x19 (last one's ban was lifted a few years ago)
other than that, the only limitation that I can think of is on state-affiliated ranges, where rifle calibre is limited to .22lr unless it's a long range shooting range (but there's like 5 or so in the entire country)
that's basically it
Finland is still okayish laws-wise, it's just that the cops are coping poorly with the new law being surprisingly lenient and keep slapping us with extralegal bans and hoops to jump
Czech's have gun laws better than a lot of states but the license application is still annoying even if it isn't that hard to do so I would say it's lower than some states like Kentucky, Texas, Florida etc.
It's fucking crazy. They're putting a total freeze on all gun sales for two years and auditing every gun permit in the country to ensure the only people that have them are the people that absolutely "need" them (according the government's definition of "need"). The only silver lining is that my hometown of canuckistan moves up a position on the leaderboard
Of course there are but then again they are a police state since commie times. They need to be really careful and can't just have fun with the "hidden" stuff.
>Vucic has said that both registered and illegal arms will be seized in a crackdown that will be "an almost complete disarming of Serbia".
Yeah I don't know about that.
What is your next move when your president tells you he's going to come and take all of your guns away, and those of your entire society? I seriously pray I don't have to face that in my lifetime
If I told you I'd get called a fed by the hordes of dumbasses who have infested this board and likely even banned so who cares, enjoy your guns while you can
Used to be good in Norway before the commies ruined it. Anyone could own a shotgun without any checks or license. The commie party who unironically praised Pol Pot, Mao and Stalin told their followers to buy up as many shotguns as possible in the 80s because of the lax laws, forcing the government's hand. Fuck commies
yeah
Ukraine
Korea
Czechia, Austria, Switzerland, Sweden, Germoney also isn't terrible but not great either same with Finland and Italy
Also Estonia and Latvia
>Germoney
that seems generous.
it is way too fucking easy to get weapons here in italy
t. gun owner
My uncle's in Italy told me it's pretty easy to get gun but that calibers are kinda weird

Yeah they told me something about "war cartridges" but it's been a while since I talked to them, I'm glad to hear they lifted that ban
not like it changed anything 2bh
most people still buy pistols in 9x21 solely due to the sheer amount of ammo in the civilian market
>9x21
can you load a 9x19 in a 9x21?
>Austria
Finland is still okayish laws-wise, it's just that the cops are coping poorly with the new law being surprisingly lenient and keep slapping us with extralegal bans and hoops to jump
>the cops
the cops don’t take any decisions lmao
that’s all stare attorneys and political orders
Italy should be in the first group, Sweden in "not great, not terrible"
But otherwise, yeah
Switzerland, Czechia, Poland, Austria, Italy, even France isn't that bad.
>France isn't that bad.
Ermmm, I think you're confused there
>Austria
Unless you really want a pump-action shotgun that is
A handful of them do have good laws, but overall you don't see anywhere close to the per-capita rate of ownership that you see in North America.
The Czech republic and Switzerland have better gun laws than the US
Czech's have gun laws better than a lot of states but the license application is still annoying even if it isn't that hard to do so I would say it's lower than some states like Kentucky, Texas, Florida etc.
Have fun with your SBRs, suppressors, full automatics, oh wait
you can get a fucking dhska in Alaska
Serbia, most soldiers just brought their AK's, Zastava's and such back home after the war and no one gave a shit
They very much give a shit now. I wouldn't want to be a gun-owning Serb.
Fuuuuuuuuuuaack ZOG got them

>Falkland islands
wtf, this list is so rigged
To be fair, they do specify country *or subnational area*, but yeah, the Falklands being their own thing on there is weird.
I hope there's still many "illegal" guns going around in Serbia, fuck those government retards
Of course there are but then again they are a police state since commie times. They need to be really careful and can't just have fun with the "hidden" stuff.
they had a massive gun turn in after a mass shooting Australia style earlier this year or last year.
>Vucic has said that both registered and illegal arms will be seized in a crackdown that will be "an almost complete disarming of Serbia".
Yeah I don't know about that.

Czechia has better funs rights then some US states.

Around 20 millions guns in France for 66 million population, pretty decent.
You have to jump through hoops, but the right to bear arms is constitutionally protected there.
