It’s funny how both sides are saying the whole point in fighting for bakhmut is because it’s mowing down the other side. We’ll find out who’s being truthful eventually.

Both statements can be true. If you look at Stalingrad, both the Germans and Russians threw a huge amount of man power and the losses were staggering for both, and even though the Soviets lost far more manpower, they could afford it in the end and came out on top. That's why the more capable NATO hardware cannot come fast enough, NATO seems to want Ukraine to fight this war with one hand behind its back it isn't right.

seeing as Bakhmut is mostly wagner forces who have limited recruitment and no where near as many men as the russian army, plus have recently consciously chose to stop recruiting from prisons, its pretty obvious its the Ukies who are lying.

They've been putting out ridiculous statistics like 7 russians killed for every ukie. If that was true, wagner would have no men left at this point, and they certainly would not be able to have caputured anymore of Bakhmut like they have. Drain out the propoganda on both sides and look at what is happening in reality. Ukraine is losing.

Additionally, most kills in this was are from artillery, something the russians outfire the ukies on in a day by 4x as much

You can fire more and not hit anything at all.

At this point I don't think Russians are doing anything on purpose. Their entire military is a bumbling mass of conscriptovitch troops following corruptovitch officers who have a vague idea of where to go and no idea how to get there.
Ukrainians have had all the time in the world to prepare defense-in-depth positions and have artillery already mapped for every grid square. Will Russia still win? Maybe, but at great cost as always. Question is when will the Russian people decide that their son's lives are worth more than a few meters of territory?

They are advancing at other places though, this is the last map and Russians made some gains in avdeevka yesterday, but the bulk of Ukrainian forces are at bakhmut and the Russians have to concentrate there, very risky situation since the ukros are taking big losses just to come in and out of the city through muddy roads under fire

Also note that the pic with an alleged failed human wave has been proven to be false. Ukrainians concentrating on Bakhmut has it's effects, one might say this is Ukraine's Kharkov moment but in reverse.

Perhaps you have pictures of fields full of Ukrainian corpses to back this up? The Ukrainians seem to have a fair amount of visual evidence that they're inflicting heavy casualties.

The chances of an encirclement are high enough. Unless something else happens, the supply lines will be threaten enough, and either the last defenders will fall due to attrition, or the Russians will push for an encirclement.
Really, this is what is going to happen, unless the UA pulls of something.

NATO C3 is so good some guy walked away from his post to take a shit gets his own marker. Meanwhile the Russians have entire brigades that are only noted as being somewhere in the general vicinity and that's if it actually exists at the strength the MOD is paying it to be at.

Why are pro-ukraine threads a bunch of YouTube/tik tok/ Twitter bullshit?

      Anonymous

Because these are shitty false-flag threads made by Russians who can do nothing apart from try to make pro-Ukraine people look bad. Your average pro-Ukrainian person isn't someone who is terminally online and possessing a bunch of moronic and radical views like pro-Russians are, they are just simply normal people who believe that all nations have a right to exist and that Russia is clearly in the wrong for the suffering its inflicting on Ukrainian people.

I really don't like these kinds of posts because its essentially smearing shit all over something because other people are enjoying it and you aren't. This board was so fricking kino in the first 6 months of the war, and awesome during the Kharkiv and Kherson counter offensive, however it really frustrates me that pro-Russian people are actually succeeding in the task of making the board so shit it becomes unusable, and people are forced to go to other war forums (and i never thought i'd say this) like Reddit who actually are capable of policing this shit.

However imo /k/ is too blame for this partly as well. People posting bait threads before the war just got told to frick off, however now any pro-Russian post gets 15 replies instantly. If /k/ didn't feed the trolls this much then there wouldn't be this problem in the first place.

        >If /k/ didn't feed the trolls this much then there wouldn't be this problem in the first place.

This all day; if you're engaging some glavset fricker and attempting debate you're literally justifying his job while making the board shittier. Low effort mockery and derision sure, but keep it dismissive, stop feeding these wienersuckers.
