At the concrete statue factory we'd have a big wobble table that shook all the concrete into the crevices of the moulds.

    Plasticizer for concrete.

6 pounds of sand to 3 pounds of cement. Combine well, then add 12oz of water containing 1 oz of superplasticizer. You'll end up with something that has the consistency of pancake batter.

This will not have any honeycomb or large voids, but you'll still need to vibrate well if you want to get rid of small bubbles.

Check this video for a demo of how magic superplasticizer works: https://youtu.be/CE9dF0F3Wjw?t=155

op if you're making weights just use regular concrete and pour it into the mold on a scale. I did this a while ago so I could have a second weight set. I've dropped them many times without issue. Obviously don't be a moron and slam them

I want to cast concrete with a concrete mold. What could I apply to the concrete mold to keep wet concrete from bonding to it?

mold release, wet newspaper, or a variety of other substances.
One issue that you might have is that if there is porosity/texture in the face of the concrete mold, then you may have issues because of the casting becoming mechanically locked/keyed into the mold. In this instance, it wouldn't be a bonding issue so much as a clearance issue
