Make sure you shoot real 10mm and not FBI spec. If you're just gonna shoot FBI spec, frick ya mudda.
If you're gonna complain about cost, then you're gonna have to handload. Hot 10mm handloads are way cheaper to produce than buying the boutique rounds that'll be just as hot.
Anyways, your only options are basically 1911's and Glock/other plasticshit guns. I've got a S&W M&P2.0 10mm and it's alright but jams on the second to last round every mag. S&W still hasn't addressed this as far as I'm aware but it's a common issue, only way to avoid it is to shoot pussyboy FBI spec. It probably needs a stiffer recoil spring and/or a stiffer mag spring. Sig P320 XTen has the exact same issue from what I've heard. Glock is probably your most reliable option (surprisingly).

There isn't a single loading offered at original 10mm spec.
Underwood and BB have 1 loading each that almost gets there, but still dont.

Where are you getting that combination of numbers from? I couldn't find 180gr 1400FPS anywhere. A guy had a 30 y/o box of norma that was advertised as 165 @ 1400 though

The only semiauto that can reliably run 10mm is the glock.
The 1911s beach themselves to death, the polymer sig, XD, and M&P all blow mags out/Crack slides/fail to run if you put anything hotter than 10mm range ammo that's basically expensive .40SW

Were 10m(e)m(e) fanbois seriously just Glockolds this whole time?

        Anonymous

        Maybe.
Or it's because all other attempts at a semiauto 10mm has been garbage.

10mm in a revolver is pointless though, so what's left?

            Anonymous

            Glock.
            Or just use 9mm/.40/.45
Shit any common defensive 10mm is only ~75-115 fps faster than defensive .40 in the same weight.

The G20 fits your criteria perfectly. Why fight it?
Alternatively, Springfield, Sig, and S&W all have striker fired 10's now to compete with the G20. Then there is the P220 which is a much nicer pistol but also a lot more expensive.

That makes no sense. If 10mm is such a great round, capacity is largely irrelevant. Are you planning to make multiple bad shots on your target? Caliber selection is the least of your worries. My 9nly counter argument to the revolver is that a nice one is much more expensive than an auto and if I am going for a revolver anyway, I would step up to at least 44mag.

They were blowing their magazines out and/or jamming if you put a anything hot in them

            Oh, bullshit.

A lot of 10mm owners shoot their memecannon once or twice and then go on boards and proclaim 10mm is best mm. Even though they can't afford to shoot it, nor do they enjoy shooting it. It's tolerable, it's not enjoyable. Glocks are the only pistols that can run more than 5000rds of 10mm without a cracked slide, frame, or broken ejector.

It hurts the feelings of people spending 1-3k on boutique custom 1911's, but someone needs to educate you noguns

Okay, prove that they can do it and the other pistols you mentioned can’t. I’ll wait.

does SIG not make the P220 in10mm anymore? I got one of the first ines made and it's never failed.
I shoot 40 in it all the time too, even though "wah, it headspaces on the extractor!"

I forgot about the P220 in 10mm, pretty sure they are still producing it. Other than that though I can't think of any DA/SA 10mms. There was a conversion for the CZ 97 but the 97 is kill.

          S&W 1006 if he wants a classic.
For DA/SA guns that are in production, there's the P220, and also the Tanfoglio, but that's about it.

Bruh shut the frick up. The only 1911s that beat themselves to death in 10mm are old Delta Elites before Colt made significant changes to the frame. Maybe the shitty cast Armacor guns do too but nobody should buy those. I’d like to see one of the Glock shills do an endurance test between a G20 and a Dan Wesson Razorback.

The S&W 3rd gens are basically bombproof; the .45 equivalent to the 1006 will eat .45 Super forever with just a spring swap, and the 1006 itself was designed around full power 10mm (the reduced .40 tier loadings did not exist yet)
