Found this old Slavia ZVP air pistol in my grandfather's warehouse

I was checking my grandfathers warehouse. And i found a old Slavia ZVP air pistol that has never been opened since 1932 since it was bought. Was i lucky? Id love to get introduced to air guns since guns here where i live are a hard thing to get if you live in the south. Someone educate me about it.

I would have it appraised and sold to a collector. It may not be in working condition to shoot, with seals and gaskets degraded over time. You said your grandfather has a whole warehouse of things, keep digging!

      >firearm
      >has no fire
To these people scissors and kitchen knives should be regulated.

Even my own goddamn mother tells me if i own that I will do a mass shooting or a school shooting because fricking BFMTV said so about gun owners.

I'm planning to. But id love to keep it and use because its the first like "gun" in my possession. Also checked his warehouse, found a old chest with a swastika on it, couple paintings, old books, Donald the duck comic books and a weird armored tactical chest.

Where the frick do you live for airguns to be illegal lmao.
Airguns are fun for more casual shooting, get yourself one of those metal target holders for that PLINK (also so you won't shit up soil with lead). Also don't listen to this rootless mutt that won't even get a (you), imagine selling your family heirlooms.

it came with its own targets, and a box full of pellets which are still usable. I'm planning to keep it sadly ill have to find a good place to shoot it in and a carry case for it. Because due to laws here in Finland.

Hardly a problem, I live in a nogunz country, airguns are legal, shooting in public is not for obvious reasons, so I just wrap it in a t-shirt, throw it in a backpack with a target holder and take it for bicycle rides and pop a few shots, obviously when no-ones around.

In here they require you to have it in a good carry case. If you don't you might get fined.

They can't fine you if they can't find it and they're not going to look for it if they don't have a reason to do so, if you understand what I mean.

Besides they're cheap so do whatever you want, you could even repurpose a lunchbox with a foam filling as a carry case.

I live in a commieblock in a dense city with 700.000 people and it's hardly a problem for me, the only thing limiting you is your own imagination, my fren.

I sadly cannot go shoot that gun in my yard or a neighbour calls the police.

Also I've had enough interactions with the police. Last time was because someone fabricated shit on me there is even a article about it https://nordfront.se/finsk-sympatisor-till-motstandsrorelsen-vittnar-om-polistrakasserier.smr

My fren, you're starting to sound daft. I'm not telling you to shoot it in front of your neighbors, find somewhere secluded and shoot it there, I mix that up with a morning bicycle trip so there's plenty of space and 0 people to interrupt me. Or you know, take it to a range, there's like three with air gun sections around where I live.

                >Air guns up to 6.35 mm (0.25 inch) in caliber are not regulated regardless of their muzzle energy.
Yours fires 5.5mm judging by diabolo pellets, so it's legal and doesn't have to be registered.

                >The user of air, paintball and plastic pellet guns is responsible for ensuring that their use does not cause danger to others.
So as I said before, it's not legal in public, but there's no crime if there's no one around to report it.

Is that actually true? I live in finland i don't think that any laws actually care about airguns, they are literally guns for kids to shoot annoying birds in your yard

I checked. You are fricking forced to have it in a carry case and not in your backpack.
