        That is the point of the fins, anon. Grouping like that is a little strange but not insane if they were all being stored in the same location and got blown upwards, but mortar shells are designed to land nose first.

      photo is taken near nova kahovka, a site of a couple of big warehouse explosions. That corroborates the theory they were blown into the air and fell like that
