Did the Germans have 37mm cannister shell like the Americans? I know that in the Pacific the 37mm M1 was very useful for breaking up Japanese infantry assaults.

        > Did the Germans have 37mm cannister shell like the Americans?

I believe not. The gun nick-named „door knocker“ by its’ crews was used more as an AT and light assault gun.

I love this guy and the memes about him sooo much. He is the archetypical prussian/german military autist in a generals uniform and you can see his desire to conquer and salt the ground around Moscow like its the Punic Wars all over again.

Archetypical German military aubreastst yes, but he’s akchually Bavarian. Don’t mix up Prussians and Bavarians though. Seriously.

Franconia is part of the Bavarian state, their dialects share a lot of similarities with "actual" Bavarian dialects

Muh Bavaria, Muh Prussia. That place "Wieden in der Oberpfalz"became part of Kur-Bavaria in 1777

Nazis are recent in terms of kraut history; the modern dirndl appeared around 1900s

Never seen any mentioned. Afaik the 37mm had 2 AP types, one APHE the other a kinetic penetrator, 1 HE ammo type and the rifle grenade like HEAT ammo.

In war games and routine NATO exercises with other NATO countries. He went on some tours in the Middle East too as per Germany's treaty obligations.

The vatnik does well to pray that he's never let loose in a proper war.

No, not directly in battle. He stems from mechanized recon, was a tank battalion commander and later staff officer in Bosnia (SFOR) and Afghanistan (ISAF). Since 2019 he’s leading a tank brigade in Germany.
