5 Million Man Ukrainian Army

How long would it take to form such a force?

10,000 trained and equipped every 6 months?

It will take a while unless they are able to expand on training programs within allied nations.

Depends on how many countries are training them and if they've increased the amount per group trained. IIRC 10k number was just infantry UK was training and that's a number from months ago.

I'm pretty sure we can ramp up the training Ukrainians get in various countries.

We can't, because most NATO countries were effectively disarmed before 2022 and are struggling to get their own militaries going.

They don't have bored retired trainers in those countries desperate to bring back the Cold War?

Stop being moronic. The training effort in Germany alone is huge. Where do you think the people that man all those Bradleys and Marders have been trained? Every piece of western equipment sent has a western trained crew. The infantry operating out of western IFVs will have gone through western schools. All minor Nations are training in their respective fields of excellence.
This is all happening while NATO is increasing its own capabilities.

      >What is the power of precision artillery shells?
You need to load fewer shells, fewer pallets, can carry more gun tubes with saved ammo at 40:1, etc
      >What is the power of a Bradley FV?
USA decided to metric an aluminum can to fight ghost-level Soviet tanks of Stalinium and maybe wing a TOW to help a crippled Fat Capitalist Abrahams before retreating. Literally. Designed to be a big Jeep, so more can be carried because we don't expect much so tuned to portability, but it turns out in this theater, it's now fact the Bradley is better than a T-72 that Russia still has access to, and so will wipe the field

So in effect, all of these things mean, that at 10,000/mo Ukraine
      >doesn't need more
      >has better trained soldiers
      >operating better equipment
      >in greater variety than any army ever
      >they can do this forever
      >incidental Cargo Cult aid now means their kids are still better off than even crimea before Putin showed up while fighting Perpetual Attrition War against the West's 2nd greatest enemy

      kek fun times

UK trains 10k every 3-4 months,

Okay, so if we allocate 10,000 every 3-4 months to a few countries each, that should boost their numbers without sacrificing quality.

The UK said they can train more than the 10k initially stated now other nations sent some instructors.
        >UK Defence Secretary Ben Wallace said Thursday that Britain is on track to train more Ukrainian troops than it first planned. When asked whether the UK could train more Ukrainian troops than the 10,000 by October as initially outlined, he said: "I think we're committed now to really going beyond that. We are going to train more and for longer."

The quality of the facilities would vary nation to nation as would the quality of soldiers produced. The UK is probably the best nation to train them in with the facilities they have.
Saying that the British facilities in Germany are also very good but I don't think they could be spared as many countries cue up to use them.

Could let the rear support troops be trained by non-Brits.
