There were 3 craters visible in one of the apron areas, surely there would've been several more for the other areas in the air base. The HRIM-2 launcher can only carry 2 missiles. The Neptune launcher, however carries 4.
I'm leaning more towards Neptune being the missile used here, 3 Neptune launchers sounds plausible, but I dont think more than 2 or 3 HRIM-2 launchers even exist, let alone 4 - 6.
This is assuming the 9 - 12 missile strike count is accurate, and they all arrived at the same time.

The big craters on the satellite imagery line up with sheds on the before images. Presumably filled with explosives. The secondary explosions broke windows a mile away and threw an I-beam through a car.
