They've lost about 1000 men per day for over an entire month. Since Oct 1st, total zigger death pile was increased by over 30,000 vatnaggers. At minimum.
Assuming this is real for the sake of argument I wonder which types they are.
We know Russia can produce about 50 to 200 "modern" T90s per year while the rest of its tanks are cannibalized from the surplus yards.
Some are T55s. Some are T60/80 series but the percentage of those has dropped after a spike due to using up the good turbines. Some are busted T72s.
A lot were T-80BV's, then it was T-62's, now it's whatever they can get their hands on.
Funnily both Ukraine and Russia are kinda limited on "new" T-72's, Ukes now mostly getting new Czech tanks and Russia refurbishing into their T-72LGBTQ++ obr. 2025 tanks

Oh boy. It gets even better. He's claiming 2,100 tanks in the next six weeks. This will be amazing to watch.
Also, surprising that pozziya is into "diversity." Didn't really get that impression. Maybe they are secretly breeding Black-vatnik super hybrid tanks ..? The advanced genetic engineering might finally solve that running-in-reverse problem.
Watching Unicorns lobbing AP at moving tanks with 20 degrees side-to-side movement and non-neutral steering is probably going to be as painful as it is IRL when my casual derp game suddenly becomes me having to try and pull a clutch by 1v1'ing a Jagdtiger.

Also... yeah. Basically that's what is slowly happening. People somehow haven't caught on yet. But while Russia tried to break NATO by funding far left and far right movements in its countries, the actual polarization it caused hasn't been nearly enough to break the alliance in any notable way, quite the opposite. And meanwhile, this has made previously taboo topics far less taboo as the centrist parties radicalize to counter the rise of extremists. With a pretty stark resurgence of nationalistic and anti-third-world sentiment.
And now that Russia has positioned itself as an adversary and its funding avenues have started getting cut in EU we're seeing their allies loose weight on the polls and elections while we're left with the previously moderate parties galvanized by the new rhetoric and given a clear enemy to stabilize against.
Great effing job Russia. You literally gave NATO renewed purpose and took its gloves off. You bloody retards.
MahoAko, funnily enough protagonist perfectly catches current West in the sense her civilian persona is that of a tame girl who would get stomped by a kinder because she tries to have standards and be nice, her villain persona on the other hand is a depraved sadist who could stomp everyone into the ground in the most humiliating way (and she does exactly that), a chunk of the story is about her coming to recognize that other suppressed persona, even its need when you see we sadly still live in a world where many people still believe in the "law of the jungle".
Spain doesn't deserve to be there. They've done literally nothing.
Matama alternate name is "Loco Musica", the alternative flag may be Italy as it was the next close latin based languages, but well, that would be lame too. If anything think her as a catch-all for all the southern western european countries other than France.

I was curious so I looked it up, ranks 16th on the top 20 donors just after Italy. Roughly about a billion $ in military, medical, financial and training aid.
10 leopards, 20 IFVs, some arty pieces, a couple of anti-air batteries, 4 hawk missile batteries 700k rifle & mg bullets and some other odds and ends. 850 Ukies trained.

Yeah not throwing shade, the three countries I mentioned got more press for their arms transfers, Australia's bushmasters, the (sold, not donated) bayraktars and worst korea's arms sales. Spain could've done more (There was much mockery over the state of the Leos ) but it wasn't nothing either.

We give them the Leopards. The ones from the RSLs.
If all the new tanks are T90M then this is a formidable foe to Ukraine.
https://i.imgur.com/6X5ftNB.png
And if you read the article, it explains that it's literally cope from Russia trying to twist the narrative. They're including mothballed and reactivated reserves as 'newly produced tanks' to make it look like Russia is producing 2000 tanks per year so people go >WE CAN'T COPE WITH THAT WE MUST SEEK PEACE WITH THE BEAR BEFORE HE LEAVES THE CAVE ~~*~~*
When in reality, they're not actually modern tanks.
I mean, why the fuck is Russia demanding that nations they've sold military equipment to returns them?
>only 62 T90M
That's just not enough to move the needle. Even without Western aid Russia would need to fight 3 years to defeat Ukraine at this point.
>Russia would need to fight 3 years to defeat Ukraine at this point.
That’s exactly what they’re planning for, a long drawn out conflict. Meanwhile American elections are next year and Trump along with RFK are leading in the polls and they are both anti Ukraine. The only hope for this war is Biden.
Still a president with a weak track record for foreign policy, all his >omg he is such a peacemaker
actions that people overly infatuated with him hail, were just him bending over and letting the other party do what they want
POTUS is just a glorified public figure, I don't see the US withdrawing support from Ukraine until the DoD thinks it's no longer in their interest or nationwide protests
RNC has no spine and has no fucking idea what to do about Trumpism since they have no alternative electorally relevant ideology, policy, personality or even rhetoric to take to an election. They'll endorse him, he just won't win the election because he's turned all of the remaining undecideds against him since 2016 and 2020 and he's already mobilised the base to the greatest extent possible by holding the whole party hostage to his ego. There will be a new record turnout, maybe even a new record vote for him, and he will lose. Then he will claim electoral fraud, lodge some more vexatious court cases without any evidence and try again for a coup, which won't happen. The only question from there is whether he dies before being sent to jail or dies in jail.
In the aftermath, the RNC is going to be left still paralysed by trumpism and unable to cauterise the wound at the cost of a few electoral cycles of unelectability so they can be a serious party with a chance of being electable and governing again afterwards. This will cause a longer term problem for them, since it makes them unelectable indefinitely. They will exist as a protest party while Democrats will become the natural party of government and force through their agenda. Pretty much the only thing that could stop this is Dems getting cocky and reaching too far like they did with Clinton, only worse, resulting in an own goal or Dem voters getting complacent and not turning up to vote, or thirdy party donkey voting.

The UK had something similar happen, minus the personality cult bullshit. Brexit was a sweeping PR success and the resulting obsession with "electability" gutted the political balance so that there's now the tories on the one hand and starmer's we-wish-we-were-the-tories on the other.
Pretty much what I posted in a different thread. When people think of Trump now, they think about the die hard MAGApedo they work with or know in their social circle. These people were some of the most annoying fucks for 4-6 years. Making it even hard to agree with some of Trumps policies.
People are going to do everything to avoid that again and hopefully put Trumpism away for good. And most traditional republicans feel the same, they just want him out of the picture.

People will vote for Trump simply because the economy was alot better during his tenure, he was at least making the attempt at the border, and because he's an animated presence as opposed to the incompetent corpse currently in office.
I'm off the Trump train after his 2020 failures but if you can't see his clearly his path to victory laid out you really have drank too much of the psychobabble leftyfed Kool aid.

Interesting they're delineating between 'modernized' and 'reinstated' tanks. Implies that only the T-72Bs are being refitted, the rest of the junk is just taken straight to the front
We really need to figure out what all these different russian tank designations mean. It seems like higher number = more advanced. But then the t-80 is said to be worse than the t-72.
>the t-80 is said to be worse than the t-72.
T-80s are the most advanced model of tank the russians have ever made (barring protoshit like T-14 Armata)
it was created to be the high tech expensive counterpart to the cheaper low tech T-72, and considering the T-90 is just a slightly modernized T-72, the T-80 is more advanced than the T-90 as well.
Not really. T-72 was originally the cheapo counterpart to T-64, but rapidly evolved beyond that. T-80 was meant to be the next high-quality tank, but ultimately T-72 and T-80 ended up being modernised in parallel to such a degree that they ended up neck to neck. And then the USSR imploded and the Russians picked the T-72/90 plattform to get priority.
Russia / USSR did a high / low with their tanks the same way the US does with planes. >F-15, amazing capabilities, very expensive to build and fly >F-16, decent plane, very cheap to build and fly
>T-80, turbine engine, best optics, expensive to build >T-72, piston engine, ok optics, cheap to build
Well, what else are they going to do? Concede the war and commit guaranteed political suicide (and likely actual suicide) at home? Russia and Putin really only have one option and that is for Ukraine to lose or call for peace and compromise. It’ll be like Finland again where Russia took heavy loses just to gain a little bit of land.
>and commit guaranteed political suicide
The whole russian political system may be described as Monkey want -> Monkey do. Russia already lost 55% of the gains and nothing happened, withdrawal from the remaining 45% may be sold as "achieving all goals and stopping the bloodshed" and nothing will change in "russian politics" again. At this point Putin may give an order to nuke Omsk and Russians will celebrate this date later.

TNO is a shit mod and you have been tricked into reading a 12 year old's historical fanfiction
I had met a lot of them in SEA before the war. Imagine the mental state of a 50 y.o. Karen from a small town that was beaten by her husband-cop 2 times a week for 25 years. She will match a russian mentality a lot - Stockholm syndrome as a pride, victim/oppressor dichotomy as a worldview, a necessity to suppress internal suffering and insecurity by alcohol and deviant behavior. One of them had even unironically shown me the popular Russian meme that was a grey Zimbabwe-tier street view with a signature like "haha I live here", which explains a lot.

They aren't that bad. I did my LDS mission in Russia back in 2010. Most Russians I spoke with were very nice, I had trouble making headway with the word of wisdom. I wish they understood the sacred nature of democracy and freedom. That is what is so sad about this war, my dad was mission president when the Kiev temple was completed. The people of the Ukraine and Russia have so much in common. But I guess only the Ukrainians have seen the light and have moved towards freedom. I pray, I know that Russians will rise up and have the God given freedom they deserve.

Democracy is not sacred you stupid cultists mason retard.
Does make you wonder what Putin has to do to be overthrown. Does it really come down to "don't throw white boys from Moscow/St. Petersburg into the grinder and everything is ok"?
Russians can't tolerate a fear of a powerful authority. They will take any his decision as their destiny while he is in power but they will crucify him 1 year after he retires or dies.
And if you read the article, it explains that it's literally cope from Russia trying to twist the narrative. Tzd for no other reason than to never have to hear this stupid phraseology ever again, these jackasses talk like they’re the main character of a 19th century book on librarians with more homosexual rape
>2000+ mothballed
even that number is horseshit. there are approximately 50 covered sheds at storage depots which could theoretically be housing up to 2 rows × 18 tanks each -> maximum 1800 tanks in storage that can't be counted from public IMINT resources. covertcabal believes the realistic max is 500.
>WE CAN'T COPE WITH THAT WE MUST SEEK PEACE WITH THE BEAR BEFORE HE LEAVES THE CAVE ~~*~~*
based on the current disinfo campaign, everything is going according to plan
This is some brilliant analysis, it's literally the strategy any outclassed opponent has to follow, it's not like it's a choice. In Russia's case, it's usually a repressive dictatorship so it assumes it can force more of its unfortunate population into the slaughterhouse. Calling this is a strategy is like calling driving nails with your forehead because you don't have a hammer carpentry.
they are basically bugs from David Weber books, it's hilarious >massive military stock accumulated over a century >shitty tactics and retarded strategy >close to zero sensitivity to loss
on a more serious note, russia's shitty korean war era tanks are still better than nothing, I really with these homosexuals in government would give ukraine more vehicles. Just give them 1000 bradleys, it's not like we're going to be using them in a war with china unless they become ocean amphibious
Honestly we could do as the vatniks do (except better), and find some M60s and overhaul them for the Ukies. I feel like the Israelis did some M60 or M48 modernization at some point, and they'd fucking smash on the poop puccia is digging up.
Aside from, as another anon said, Abrams. The biggest issue with M60 refurbishing, is that refurbishing them up to western standards would be expensive enough that by that price you might as well just build one of the cheaper vehicles. Think Centauro, or Striker, or M10. Basically any light tank, wheeled gun carriage or the like.
Sure they wouldn't be as good as an Abrams. But they'd still be better than a refurbished M60 and for a comparable price. So you might as well.
And honestly I'd say we SHOULD be sending the Ukies that stuff. Sure the french ones didn't exactly perform as expected. But the french ones are garbage compared with most, and besides if you're gonna do a vehicle flood some of them getting messed up is expected and almost intended, so long as the crew survives they still get out of there with valuable experience, something the Russians sure as shit never do. That's why Russia never had tank aces. Their crews just die.
Nah, give them long range missiles so they can target russia directly. Ukraine can only swat drones while the hive remains untouched. No point in the long run as I doubt they can exhaust russian personel.
> I doubt they cn exhaust russian personnnel.
I mean... I'd say its getting closer and closer by this point. Russia may have started with a 10 to 1 pop advantage. But unless they learn how to turn the cubes into golems that advantage has been on a steady decline.
Still I fully agree on the missiles. I love seeing storm shadow blow shit up.
>vatniks have to pay for KIAs, no matter how miniscule it is >crafty penny pinching ziggers come up with great idea >what if corpses are MIA, the no roubles and no bad agitating serfs >they find numerous ways to dispose of the recovered corpses >one of them was taking advantagle of industrial slaughter house and pressing the butchered corpses into cubes with hydraulic pressing+plastic wrapping >said cubes get shipped off to places like pig farms to be fed to them as meat waste >not only not have to pay, make money in process too! Oligarch-boyars happy
every time Russia comes up with something like this it always leads me to the same point >Where are they?
Like if they're producing 1500 T-90's a year like Mededevevededvev said they were - where are they? Why isn't Russia sending literal waves of tanks, in the hundreds, to take positions? Even defensive emplacement cannot take that many tanks at once.
Why would they care? Guaranteed jobs and little-no odds of being mobilised due to their strategic role. Located nice and far away from any chance to get droned. And even if Russia utterly collapses the next regime will want tanks anyway.
He's using an oxygen-acetylene cutting torch, it's comparatively dim and doesn't shit out UV like electrical welding equipment does.
Googles & Gloves is sufficient protection, even by my local (Euro) standards.
It means that any shortcoming should be punished stricter than usual. But the context is strange, like it basically says that any wrongdoing should be punished stricter than what? Non-wrongdoing? Maybe they mean the daily rapings? Russian language, heh. Recently I learned that 'to sit someone on a pencil' means to remember him, lmao.
The subject of how the planned economy fucked with the general incentive to be productive in the sssr is a real rabbit hole of the micro- and macro factors that go into having a healthy economy. You had factory bosses actively refusing new machines that would increase production because it would lead to higher quotas, if a factory met the quota for a year they would halt production to prevent higher quotas next year or if they couldn't meet it they'd try to undershoot it as much as they could get away with etc. A former citizen told me people in his city didn't care about earning higher salaries because there was a general lack of luxury goods to buy with that money and all base goods were affordable with the state mandated entry salary, so there was no point unless you managed to rise above the threshold into party official-levels of wealth and could buy western goods
If they really produced that many, I doubt more than 10% have optics.
Not even 70s optics or glass optics, just none at all. They're probably expected to have the commander looking out the hatch with binoculars to correct fire.
Muskets and bombards worked well in the past. Phalanx worked well in the past. Bone-tipped wooden sticks worked well in the past. We are not in the past.
>provide one donor tank >provide 5 other tanks with issues that do not overlap >parts from donor tank perfectly fixes the 5 other tanks
seems sensible. you can use whats left of the donor tank as a cubbyhouse after
We only ever talk/speculate about Russia numbers , I wonder what Ukraine domestic production. They have zero western embargos, I wonder how much they have expanded there initials production.
Ukies haven't been producing tanks in decades, only upgrading/refurbishing. And as for ifvs/mraps Ukraine hardly produces any steel now (if any at all). Money is the main problem, not embargoes anyway.
Tanks are death machines. They move slow, they're loud and big, and are not immune to the weapons that every infantry squad is carrying. Tanks are effectively a waste of resources compared to drones and artillery.
if you extrapolate hard enough, you could probably argue that the Army branch is a waste of resources and that 90% of the fighting will be done by the Air Force, Navy, Space Force, and SOCOM.
The only thing the Army will be used for is occupation and policing captured territory.
Give it 15 years and the future of warfare will be a helicopter drone air lifting and dropping a drone artillery piece with a 20+ round autoloader with guided shells.
Then picking it back up after it's run out of ammunition or even being able to drop a second reloading drone which carries 50+ rounds of ammunition and is able to reload the autoloader of the artillery piece.
I hope the US keeps all this old junk in boneyards because one day we'll have humanoid robots that can just drive everything and we wouldn't have to be concerned with how obsolete it is.
if you extrapolate hard enough, you could probably argue that the Army branch is a waste of resources and that 90% of the fighting will be done by the Air Force, Navy, Space Force, and SOCOM.
The only thing the Army will be used for is occupation and policing captured territory.
modern warfare is a clusterfuck of weapon systems, all of which need to work in tandem, tanks have a place, the enemy can counter them, but they have to triple backflip through flaming hoops to do so which wastes a lot of their resources
And from the article: >Sergey Chemiezov, the director of Russia’s state-owned company Rostec, has declared a substantial increase in the nation’s tank production in 2023, escalating by a striking seven-fold, as stated in various Russian media outlets.
So they want 1900 new tanks, they don't have 1900 new tanks.
It clearly says >1900 tanks
not >1900 new tanks
because not even mentally incapacitated would dare to call T-62 a new tank.
We already knew that they restored about 700 old tanks from their boneyards and make another ~200 per year, which sums up to roughly 2k in two years, yes.
Now what was your point?

Holy shit, they are using the stuff in world of tanks?
Do they also field some SU-14 for artillery?
they are useful as HE lobbers. any tank is better than no tank. Ukr is using M-55S for example, upgraded though with 105mm, thermal and ERA.

Matama alternate name is "Loco Musica", the alternative flag may be Italy as it was the next close latin based languages, but well, that would be lame too. If anything think her as a catch-all for all the southern western european countries other than France.
>MahoAko
Here I thought it was RozenMaiden
What's the manga?
Also...

Oh my god that is somehow dumber than I expected... I love it.
Spain doesn't deserve to be there. They've done literally nothing.
More than say South Korea, Australia or Turkey
>Australia.
we literally need everything else we have left. Really until we get the new Abrams we bought theres not much else to give.
The ones from the RSLs.
>made 200 tanks and pulled the rest from storage
If all the new tanks are T90M then this is a formidable foe to Ukraine.
>only 62 T90M
That's just not enough to move the needle. Even without Western aid Russia would need to fight 3 years to defeat Ukraine at this point.
>Russia would need to fight 3 years to defeat Ukraine at this point.
That’s exactly what they’re planning for, a long drawn out conflict. Meanwhile American elections are next year and Trump along with RFK are leading in the polls and they are both anti Ukraine. The only hope for this war is Biden.
It's sad when only democrats are willing to destroy Russia.
>they are both anti Ukraine
Trump was pro Syria until his election
Still a president with a weak track record for foreign policy, all his
>omg he is such a peacemaker
actions that people overly infatuated with him hail, were just him bending over and letting the other party do what they want
POTUS is just a glorified public figure, I don't see the US withdrawing support from Ukraine until the DoD thinks it's no longer in their interest or nationwide protests
>trump is leading in the polls
Trumps been indicted, again. There's no way in hells he's getting an rnc endorsement this go around
>Donald trump ends the 2-party system by turning it into a 1-party system
>New american parties are "Democrats" and "The Other Democrats"
The UK had something similar happen, minus the personality cult bullshit. Brexit was a sweeping PR success and the resulting obsession with "electability" gutted the political balance so that there's now the tories on the one hand and starmer's we-wish-we-were-the-tories on the other.
TLDR
Pretty much what I posted in a different thread. When people think of Trump now, they think about the die hard MAGApedo they work with or know in their social circle. These people were some of the most annoying fucks for 4-6 years. Making it even hard to agree with some of Trumps policies.
People are going to do everything to avoid that again and hopefully put Trumpism away for good. And most traditional republicans feel the same, they just want him out of the picture.
Now THATS the cope I come to nü /k/ for.
Jesus christ the fednagger reddit at play here.
Who fucking cares though at the end of the day soon one boomer retard or another will drag us into WW3 - whichever party is holding that bag will lose follow on elections
>And most traditional republicans feel the same
Jesus fucking Christ has Christie not died of an inevitable massive coronary yet?
>indicted again
Lol. Wut? Did your handlers just tell you to day that?
>F-15, amazing capabilities, very expensive to build and fly
>F-16, decent plane, very cheap to build and fly
>T-80, turbine engine, best optics, expensive to build
>T-72, piston engine, ok optics, cheap to build
good catch lol. jesus christ thats bad
how many reserves of 1960s tanks do these naggers have?
Is Russia literally trying to modernize tanks built in the 40s that have been rusting in Siberia for the last several decades?
To be fair nuking Omsk could be considered a humanitarian action.
Putin poking the true sleeping bear (bird) is not a timeline you want to experience, friend.
TNO is a shit mod and you have been tricked into reading a 12 year old's historical fanfiction
You seem to understand "mysterious russian soul" very well, for a westerner.
You don't actually think Smith actually found a bunch of secret golden tablets though, right?
Democracy is not sacred you stupid cultists mason retard.
Does make you wonder what Putin has to do to be overthrown. Does it really come down to "don't throw white boys from Moscow/St. Petersburg into the grinder and everything is ok"?
Russians can't tolerate a fear of a powerful authority. They will take any his decision as their destiny while he is in power but they will crucify him 1 year after he retires or dies.
>210 freshly manufactured tanks
That's still more modern tanks than what Ukraine has received.
>modern
LMAO. T-90M is obsolete shit that would have been somewhat impressive in, like, the late 80's.
How many of these new, modern tanks have already been deleted?
>a thorough perusal
What a funny turn of phrase, fucking Ivan
>840 and 840
aaaaand that's how you know those numbers absolutely fake
Considering 210 is also a factor of 840, I'm assuming they had real percentage numbers, then fit those to theoretical absolute numbers
>1900 new tanks
>Its actually 210 new tanks
>Everything else is either mothballed tanks or repaired tanks
The Russians are taking "New to You" a little too seriously.
they were delivered that many tanks, about 15-1600 refurbished and the remainder actually new.
>taking a korean war era tank out of a scrap yard, replacing its rusted out engine then giving it a paint job
>new
HAHAHAHAHAHAHA
And if you read the article, it explains that it's literally cope from Russia trying to twist the narrative. They're including mothballed and reactivated reserves as 'newly produced tanks' to make it look like Russia is producing 2000 tanks per year so people go
>WE CAN'T COPE WITH THAT WE MUST SEEK PEACE WITH THE BEAR BEFORE HE LEAVES THE CAVE ~~*~~*
When in reality, they're not actually modern tanks.
I mean, why the fuck is Russia demanding that nations they've sold military equipment to returns them?
>consequently elucidate the perceived “inefficiency”
Calling this is a strategy is like calling driving nails with your forehead because you don't have a hammer carpentry.
>present your anus so they leave your face alone
Jesus, when you think the Russians can't get any lower they continue to surprise you
they are basically bugs from David Weber books, it's hilarious
>massive military stock accumulated over a century
>shitty tactics and retarded strategy
>close to zero sensitivity to loss
>300 new tanks a year
>about 3 lost tanks on daily average
Yeah, this is what winning looks like.
That's more than 1,000 tanks lost per year mathematically, lol.
on a more serious note, russia's shitty korean war era tanks are still better than nothing, I really with these homosexuals in government would give ukraine more vehicles.
Modernized M60 may do fine against T-62 and T-55, but it'd just make some dead Ukrainians against a T-90M.
Plus why, when we have like 3000 Abrams. We could send another 200.
>t-55
a-a tanks a tank! it can still sling s-shells!! trust the plan
>m60
simply mince meat against modern poccrn armor! a hohol cooker akin to the tommy cooker of their masters
Their crews just die.
>up to western standards
That's the best part - soviet doctrine doesn't need western standards.
Cubes?

I say wipe out the Russian military factories via sabotage & long-range strikes. Cripple its military industrial complex.
every time Russia comes up with something like this it always leads me to the same point
>Where are they?
Like if they're producing 1500 T-90's a year like Mededevevededvev said they were - where are they? Why isn't Russia sending literal waves of tanks, in the hundreds, to take positions? Even defensive emplacement cannot take that many tanks at once.
>bulgarianmilitary.com
By new they mean mostly refurbished T-72s. But it's still pretty impressive if true.
>refurbished
This is one of the tanks they're "reintroducing"

>now this is blyatracing!

>winning simulator
Do they know how bad it is? (yes) Do they care? (no)
Why would they care? Guaranteed jobs and little-no odds of being mobilised due to their strategic role. Located nice and far away from any chance to get droned. And even if Russia utterly collapses the next regime will want tanks anyway.
>Located nice and far away from any chance to get droned
Ahkshually their chances of getting dronned are quite high.
Sick goggles but ...

He's not. He's clearly blowtorching and he's wearing blowtorch goggles.

What does that mean?
>demand
It's responsibility/liability.
ah that makes more sense.
So the one who slacks off needs to be punished harder. Figures.
In America, you do a good job, your reward is more pay
In Soviet russia, you do a good job, your reward is less beatings

I just get fuckin ripped when I get home. No hangovers and I don't have to budget 1200 extra calories just for a little buzz.
Tanks age like good wine
fuck me they haven't even moved the fabric cover?
Why would you move it when you haven't been working on the tank underneath it?
why does the cinder block look shopped in?
why would they need 1900 more tanks? firstly they are not losing that many and secondly tanks are absolete
Same reason they "needed" Pyotr Velikiy to be modernized. So they can request the funding from the MoD and keep the money.

If they really produced that many, I doubt more than 10% have optics.
Not even 70s optics or glass optics, just none at all. They're probably expected to have the commander looking out the hatch with binoculars to correct fire.
What exactly is the problem with this? It has worked very well in the past.
Muskets and bombards worked well in the past. Phalanx worked well in the past. Bone-tipped wooden sticks worked well in the past. We are not in the past.
I don't suppose there's any way we can put you in command of a vatnik tank brigade? Is there ..?

They're actually regressing behind Somalia in terms of vehicle repair. Impressive.
Money is the main problem, not embargoes anyway.
>hardly produces any steel now (

before the war they did produce it - Metinvest. although i don't know if they produced actual ballistic steel at all.

The war is over, they won. Seems a bit excessive.
>2 weeks, the story that lasted 20 months.
Still waiting for combat footage of T-14 tanks in Ukraine...
How many tanks is Ukraine producing, if any?
Probably next to none, but it doesn't matter. Ukraine's defence industry is in the West.
None at this point, they are maintaining what they have and getting replacements from the west.
Ukraine has produced more Russian tanks by capturing them than Russia has produced.
You see, when the vatnik in front of you dies, you take his tank and use it it to kill more vatniks.
Ukraine should grab this opportunity ! Ask for 2000 Abrams.
The army operates the artillery, though.
I hope the US keeps all this old junk in boneyards because one day we'll have humanoid robots that can just drive everything and we wouldn't have to be concerned with how obsolete it is.
i jam your drone
drones was used in ww2 too
modern warfare is a clusterfuck of weapon systems, all of which need to work in tandem, tanks have a place, the enemy can counter them, but they have to triple backflip through flaming hoops to do so which wastes a lot of their resources
Nobody is going to survive modern war without their balls falling off from cancer due to all the EMF radiation alone
for russians balls will fall off last

It clearly says
>1900 tanks
not
>1900 new tanks
because not even mentally incapacitated would dare to call T-62 a new tank.
We already knew that they restored about 700 old tanks from their boneyards and make another ~200 per year, which sums up to roughly 2k in two years, yes.
Now what was your point?
It means new as in newly produced, not new as in new design.
They are ordering 1900 new tanks. Many aren't actually new but old tanks from other countries.
They looted that many museums?
